A brilliant experience from start to finish - Sam came to measure, then gave a brilliant quote - and what a team - he and colleague are fast, efficient, neat and know what they are doing and the finish is first rate - such a relief to be with a firm who delivers on quality, price and efficiency - and the door is fantastic, a new composite to replace an old and tired UPVC - Thankyou Sam. Highly recommend.

Just had our front door replaced from PVC to Composite, alongside 3 replacement windows.

As we have a toddler & a newborn we were apprehensive to have any work done, but from the moment we first met Sam, we were put at ease.

Work was carried out to an exceptional standard & in a superb timeframe.

I was recommended Securi Glaze by a local handyman and although I thought a company from Harrogate would prove a distance too far from where I live, I'm glad I was proved wrong.
Initially, my approximate measurements for the window in question were sufficient to ascertain a price for my specifications. Next step, Sam came over to get precise measurements and discuss the details, process and finish. The price was of course unaltered from that originally quoted. Great. Experience tells me this is not always the case!
2 weeks put aside for the window to be manufactured, then Sam returned to fit the window. Again Sam went to great lengths to discuss the finish. Explaining his thoughts and checking my wishes.
Within a couple of hours, Sam and his assistant had the window in place. Areas surrounding, inside and out, were made good.
We are delighted with the quality of the full service provided and the window looks great.
‘Just give me a call if you have any problems’ was further reassurance, if I had needed it!
I'm sure I will be giving Sam a call… but only for the next set of replacement windows from Securi Glaze.
