The whole process is not simple but once you do it it becomes clear. and easy. The language and terms used are specific to the shipping goods so it takes a while to get familiar. The website UI is not the best. But once you select the item and agree to ship and pay, the goods arrived really fast well (re) packed and in good condition.

My purchases were received and forwarded in a timely manner with no delays. A very efficient and reliable service. Thanks!

This is my first time using their service. I am quite surprised on their efficiency in delivering my parcel especially their great customer service. Even when Malaysia is under Restriction Movement Order, they still help me in the best way they can.

Thumbs up to them and please do not hesitate to use their service.

One minor things that they may can consider to improve would be their address registration where there are limitation in the number of character that we can use. Other than that, all was great!

bought a monitor, paid $200 for shipping and insurance through comgateway, poor handling, monitor broken. They deny responsibility and instead blame on manufacturing defects. Im speechless! after a few more emails, they shift the blame to DHL and local Customs, they cant do anything. what is the point of paying insurance when they deny its their responsibilities. now I need an official letter from them so that I can take DHL and local Customs to court.... Comgateway will be my witness.... Crating? it cost another $200.... who would spend another $200? whoever comes up with that idea can get a new job. just buy from Amazon.. cheaper shipping

I usually use comgateway and shippingcart for shipping items from the US (aside from dhl direct from merchant) . What i like most about cgw is their fast shipping time and their customer support compared to SC. My last package from a merchant was supposed to come in 1 box but unfortunately, they shipped one item (lipstick) separate from the others. This made my package more expensive to ship because of 2 boxes (that damn lipstick). Contacting them regarding this, they offered a complimentary repacking which brought the price down. If only they do combine/repack items for free like what shippingcart does, then i will choose cgw all the time.

Having used comGateway 3 times, each time the delivery was punctual or have come earlier than scheduled which has made purchasing through comGateway a pleasure and one that is great.
