2Checkout should not be allowed to trade. They allow product owners to take payment for products they do not deliver and then refuse a refund, which is fraud and theft. and 2checkout are allowing this to happen
The staff are also useless. When I submitted a refund request, they cancelled and refunded the wrong product, incompetent, never buy a product through 2checkout simple

JOKKER NOT PROFESSIONAL

SCAMMERS! THEY EVEN don't know how to make a diffrence between a legit and fraudulent transaction! they just cancelled my order on Premiumpress because they say it does not pass verification process! while i sent them the OTP i receive to verify! I PAY WITH MY OWN CARD, IN MY OWN COUNTRY BUT THEY CAN'T VERIFY IT! JOKKER, SCAMMERS AND TIME WASTERS

This company "protects" bitdefender…

This company "protects" bitdefender from regular credit card users. I was allegedly "scamming bitdefender" by using my credit card that works everywhere else.

Then they want me to prove that it was my bank account, I did, but then they wanted more specific of my account and I wouldn't give them.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Here is my communication with this company... You can make your own mind up about them... Begin at the top... I finally got my refund via PayPal...I'd give less than 1 star if could...

Again, 2nd time I am asking. If I cancel the PayPal dispute, are you going to guarantee me my refund? Because I am sure you can understand, I am not cancelling any dispute if you are not going to refund me... I only opened the dispute since you did not answer communication and had taken weeks to give me my refund.

Crickets.... nothing.. Thankfully, I trusted my instinct and proceeded with PayPal dispute and so received my refund...

The biggest thieves you can ever deal with. Iif I could rate them -10 I would. I was charged for a service that I had canceled years back. They literally refuse to refund me. They claim that the service provider HMA VPN has to approve the credit. It can take over a week according to them. HMA VPM has a ticket service that they do not answer so I can imagine that 2Checkout will just sit on the money for days on end.
Do not use this processing center. Customer service is mediocre at best.

I had a three-month-long issue…

I had a three-month-long issue involving 2checkout at its center as the payment provider failed to process my refund and then later started claiming that my bank was the one refusing the refund to my account. In the third month, after constant emailing, they finally agreed to refund me through PayPal, another payment solutions provider(and competitor). What a joke of an establishment.

Scamming end customer regarding VAT, and has 0 helpful customer service.
Instead of deducting VAT when buying from EU company 2checkout removes VAT, but then adds the deducted amount to the total instead. When trying to get help 2checkout says it is the vendors responsibility. But when asking vendor, they say it's 2checkout's responsibility. None of the parts are willing to help or offer any solution. Only keeps sending me back and forth. They don't even want to establish contact to vendor to get a final answer on who's responsible. Besides this 2checkout takes a week to answer each email, only to respond "we do not take responsibility" again and again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

unfortunately

unfortunately, the support team never responds and never will if you have an issue you will be stuck like me
my only issue is just trying to retrieve the password so I can finally log in but the whole procedure was a failure
just to see how simple things cant be done

the support team does not respond in a timely manner. In addition, it only uses automated responses and does not attend to problems in a personalized way. If they decide not to approve your business, they do not give detailed answers to solve the problem, they just cancel your account and send you an autogenerated email.

If you are developing on Python be prepared to downgrade the version of your software since the API is old and outdated

BUYER BEWARE OF "2CHECKOUT" SHYSTERS

BUYER BEWARE OF ANY ONLINE BUSINESS THAT USES "2CHECKOUT" AS THEIR 3RD PARTY PAYMENT COLLECTOR, ETC. (for example, "HideMyAss" VPN). They do this to permit the third party (2CheckOut) to continue to charge your account even after you've turned off the AUTORENEW feature at the original vendor (in my case, that was HideMyAss VPN). I turned off "AutoRenew" at HMA-VPN, yet 2CheckOut continued to charge my PayPal account for the service. Then, when I raised the issue as a dispute at PayPal, 2CheckOut referred me to HMA-VPN for resolution, and the back-and-forth begins (i.e., a long and lengthy dispute resolution with both parties pointing the fingers at each other). This is a SHADY, fraudulent and unethical business practice, and consumers should be aware of this practice... AVOID any online vendors that use "2CheckOut" as their payment system. You'll regret it in the end.

BEWARE

BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. I purchased an annual subscription to this platform in 2020. Sadly, it did not meet my expectations. On December 1, I received a notification that my subscription had been renewed. See my story below:

The SERANKING website states that subscribers will be notified 7 days prior to renewal. I never received this notification to the SERANKING associated business email address. The only emails I have received at my address are daily report emails. I have gone through every single email from them going back two weeks and NOT a SINGLE notification regarding renewal was sent to my subscription email address.

Upon research, I found that the third party they use 2Checkout sent a notification to my unmonitored personal email that I use for Paypal. This is NOT my business email which is associated with my SERanking account. I look for business-related emails on my business account, not my personal account which is flooded by spam.

Regardless, that notification (sent to my non-business email address) stipulated that my subscription would EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 2nd. Also, I began contacting SERANKING the 1st,(attempts at chat, emails to support, a phone call) and followed up with 2Checkout on the 2nd..the FINAL DAY of my previous subscription. (see screenshots).

Again, they renewed me a DAY before my final date of current service and I attempted cancellations on both the 1st and the 2nd.

I began the cancellation attempts on December 1st the minute I was aware it was being renewed (a full two days before the next renewal period would begin.) I attempted a chat (no one there), a phone call (no one available), I sent emails (They bounced back). When I finally reached SERANKING by phone on December 2nd (the final day of my previous subscription), I was assured that my account would be canceled and that I would be refunded. I promptly received an email from 2checkout that SERANKING canceled my account..but nothing for the refund. I I sent a message to 2Checkout and they sent me an autoresponder with no answer. I opened a case with PayPal, and 2 Checkout told them I canceled after my subscription renewed. Well yeah, because they RENEWED ME EARLY!!! Now, why would I agree to forfeit both the service and my nearly $1000? I would not. I was assured by the representative I spoke with at SERanking that they would cancel and I would be refunded. I plan to contact them again as well to issue a complaint about this deceptive business practice.

I uncovered an email in my AOL inbox ) clearly states that my subscription was not due for renewal until December 2nd and I requested cancellation on December 1st the day they pushed my renewal through two days early.

There is a very confusing situation/relationship as I have uncovered today with SERANKING using 2Checkout as a third-party handler of their sales. I did not realize that was the situation. Perhaps, I would have known before the second if my attempts to contact SERANKING on the 1st were successful. OR if 2Checkout used the email associated with my account for communication instead of my paypal email. This is a very bizarre business practice.

I have appealed my case with PayPal with the documentation showing that 2CHECKOUT renewed me early. Sadly, I cannot forward a phone call. I did however, provide the email thread of what bounced back. BTW, I forwarded that email thread to a personal email address and resent to SERANKING and I have not received a bounce back...but I have not received a response either. I plan to contact an attorney and the state's Attorney for Maryland to report the shady business practices.

Nell'articolo tale , della riga, delle condizioni di vendite....
Veramente dei truffatori.

Waited days after bending over…

Waited days after bending over backwards to submit all the various documents and data only for them to turn around and reject my application for 2 different businesses. They wouldn't even give a reason and didn't even politely tell me. When I asked for them to delete my accounts they didn't even acknowledge my request.
