I have a pair of much-loved very old…
I have a pair of much-loved very old Sebago shoes and can’t get the soles repaired so I ordered the nearest replacement in my usual size. The shoes were definitely not a UK 5 and a half. I returned them, heard nothing, phoned and was told on Tuesday Sept 2nd that my return had been accepted and an email had just been sent. The email said I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. It is now Sept 9th and still no refund.

Quality! Quality! Quality!
Quality, quality, quality. It's my opinion that it's impossible to buy better longer lasting shoes of Sebago's quality & style from any other company. Sebago may seem expensive but the durability of the shoes easily outweighs cost. Needless to say I am very pleased with my latest 2 pairs of Docksides & Citysides.

A quality product / business but be aware of cost of returns!
Just replaced my Lightsides after 6 years of solid service with a pair of Triton deck shoes. Ordered them direct from Sebago. Delivery was quick, sizing was accurate, and the shoes look and feel well made. Only negative point was the cost of returning a second pair (didn’t like the multi colour version). Although it clearly states on their website that returns are at buyers expense, somewhat shocked to have to pay £15 for recorded delivery which is advisable due to their value.…. this might put me off purchasing directly from Sebago next time.

Speed and quality
Initial service was very prompt with updates on shipping etc. I needed to exchange the item to get a slightly bigger size. The returns process was straightforward and I received the new items within 3 days. The quality and look of the Classic Dan loafer are exceptional.
