There is no way to contact you differently.
No way to use customer service form.

My order no. 911078316 placed on Saturday the 4th of October 2025 is still not delivered.

I expected your products long time back just to find out that DPD is sending my parcel back to Sebago.

Please let me assure you that I have monitored delivery updates which were contrary in nature: we have your parcel - will be delivered tomorrow by...- your parcel is on the way back to our hub- we have your parcel which will be delivered today to your chosen locker - we sending parcel back to Sebago...and so on...

I am so disappointed with DPD service.
I would like to receive my parcel please.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I can see that your order was automatically refunded upon its arrival back at our warehouse. Checking your DPD tracking it appears that a locker delivery was requested, however the parcel was too large for this service, hence the return. Apologies for any disappointment - if you would like to make a new order, we advise that a parcel shop redirection is more suitable than a locker for larger parcels.

I was offered a discount

I was offered a discount. However, I couldn't find any code in my email. After placing the order, I found the code in my spam. I immediately contacted customer service and informed them of the code. They then refused to honour the discount, even after I had explained the circumstances, and the fact that I was retired and in poor health; also that I was not that too up to date with computers etc.
Furthermore, the courier used ignored the delivery instructions and the picture shown of my parcel, was not only not my parcel, but also delivered to a doorway that I didn't recognise. I informed the courier that I had not received the parcel.
The next day, my parcel turned up. I informed the courier, who told me to inform Sebago. I sent them a message in their chat, starting with the sentence ' I have received my parcel '. I then received a number of messages from Sebago, asking me if I had received my parcel! I replied, in a number of messages that they should read the first line of my message. Abysmal customer service from start to finish.
Sebago have replied, saying that they will investigate, but, not to honour their discount, but to improve their customer experience. In other words, they will, again, not deal with my matter. I have thousands of pounds worth of their stuff, bought mainly at shops. However, they would prefer to lose my custom, rather than honour their discount.
Nearly a week later and I have yet to receive anything from Sebago.

Excellent sale buy for a quality product.

I wasn’t looking to buy yet another pair of shoes but could not resist the excellent sale price and the opportunity to try an extra half size larger than usual as I rarely find shoes that fit well. I also wouldn’t usually buy suede for ease of maintenance but I’m happy to report that the quality and fit are both excellent. I shouldn’t have been surprised as I have a beautiful pair of Sebago moccasins for occasional use and they are still in great condition after about thirty five years. The ownership has maybe changed but the quality seems to have held. Excellent service and prompt delivery. Quality product.

Colours are not like images and tight fit

Purchase and the delivery went on great, but the colours of the shoes are VERY DIFFERENT from what is pulished in the website. In my case I'm from very far away and can't ask to send them back... So it's very saddening that the pictures are not accurate.

Also the fit of this suede Dan Clog is much tighter than the classic Dan Clog, so it fits differently and it's quite uncomfortable.

Sebago - reassuringly expensive

I like Sebago shoes and recently bought a new pair from (as far as I remember) the Sebago website. Everything worked and the shoes arrived promptly. I was a little disappointed to learn that the shoes are no longer made in the United States but, for a UK resident, it doesn't really make any difference.

Very disappointing experience & quality

This is my first time writing a negative review, but I felt I had to after leaving the store feeling like I’d been fooled after speaking with their manager.

The shoes are advertised as “4 seasons,” “waterproof, flexible and durable.” I bought the Classic Dan Leather Loafers on 26th July 2025 (£240) with the expectation they would last a couple of years, especially as they were marketed as a premium, durable option. I thought it would be worth investing more than double the cost of other loafers, which usually last me 1–2 years.

Unfortunately, after just 2.5 months of light wear (3 days a week, only walking to the tube and office), the soles were already halfway gone. The store staff told me to go across the street and pay £110 to get them resoled — otherwise the damage would reach the upper part of the shoe and cost even more to repair.

When I raised this in the King’s Road Sebago store, I was referred to the manager. His response was essentially: “You bought leather soles, what did you expect?” I explained that for £240 “durable” shoes, lasting less than 3 months was unreasonable. He gave me an example of how he owns the same pair in black, only wears them on special occasions, and had to resole them after a year. I replied that a year sounded reasonable, but 2 months is far outside the norm. His reply: “We never said how long they would last” and “The soles are made to be resoled.” Definitely not what I was expecting to hear.

Sebago UK head office wasn’t helpful either. Their email response was: “Unfortunately the Kings Road store is operated independently and as such we are unable to process returns or offer advice on their behalf. If you feel that your shoes have a manufacturing defect, I recommend bringing them back to the store with your proof of purchase.” Draw your own conclusions from that. So, 2 months after purchase, I’m £240 down and now being asked to spend another £110 just so that initial £240 isn’t completely wasted — all while being treated like a fool.

After checking with a solicitor, this appears to be a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires goods to be of “satisfactory quality” and “reasonably durable.” Sebago’s position is simply to deny any responsibility. Luckily, I purchased through Amex, whose customer service is excellent, and I’ve raised a Section 75 claim with them in the hope of getting my money back.

I honestly liked the look of the shoes, but the experience has left me feeling scammed. At this point I regret buying them and can’t recommend Sebago to anyone. Not my first pair of leather-soled shoes, but it will certainly be my last from this brand.
