Wally explained everything but then he sent the install manual, which was a big help. It has all the specs and dimensions that made ordering with the knowledge that it would actually fit. Water maker arrived in 5 days!!!

After several conversations with Mike at Seapro I pulled the trigger on the 40/gal per hour AC system. I installed it myself and of course had a few questions along the way. Mike was always available to answer questions and give valuable installation tips and feedback. Systems in and working, would recommend this system if you have the space for two reasons. I installed it so know how to troubleshoot and maintain it and spending $5k vs the $20k (without install) I was considering is a huge discount for the same end result.

Service is great, shipment also. Only one star less because a delivery of a wrong pump. They solved the problem very fast.

Just received our watermaker. Quick shipment. Very good communications. Next is installation and that is usually where challenges occur.

We have to open all the packages yet before we install in 7 to 10 days. The owner Mike was great in answering our questions and answering the call on first ring. I would suggest for $20 to include the rAw water filter and save the hassle of ordering separately. If everything goes smoothly we will pass along the good word which is how we learned about your product.

After some ordering issues, Mike fixed everything, first class service as usual!

All the parts look good but the main box was left on our front porch and the “band” around the box had slipped, and both sides of the box were open - no staples connected!!!

Great product, great after sale support. I have had Sea Water Pro products on multiple boats. They are easy to operate, reliable and easy to maintain.

Product looks great, install was fairly easy. What would have giving this product and the company a 5 star rating is if the instructions were a little more indepth.

Good water maker at a very good price.
Maybe 60% or less of the price of the competition for a better water maker. I started by looking at the various 8 gph and ended with the Seawaterpro 44 gph. Go big, why not, its cheaper.
