The weather for my groups Seattle ghost tour was rain, rain and more rain. The operator has a rain or shine policy. When my group decided not to go in the rain Seattle Terrors agreed to let us reschedule in order to accommodate us. A company willing to work with a customer is often rare in this day and age. But not Seattle Terrors.

Tour Guide was Awesome!
My tour guide, Gavin Cummins, was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the tour. I loved the way he was able to answer all the questions and was honest if he did not know something off the top of his head. Such a great tour guide! The places we went to were so interesting and the backstory of everything was horrifyingly beautiful.. if you get my drift :) I think that the tour would be amazing to have around 6, so that it is a possibility to go into one of the places that was mentioned!

My husband and I had an amazing time…
My husband and I had an amazing time learning all about the history and haunts of Seattle. I even caught an apparition at “The Moore” (photos in the review second from the top window, right corner) no mistaking it for a reflection of city or street lights. I didn’t realize until we had gotten home that I had actually caught something on camera. While we were at The Moore there was a lady I could only assume to be staying or working there and everyone in the group saw her. I even made jokes about her poking her head out so I could get a photo saying “it would look creepy” however no one took note of the figure I caught on camera and in my “live” option for the photos on my phone you can actually seen it moving and changing shape. Our host was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend. I thought we were just going on a small tour with a great host but ended up walking away with more evidence that we are in fact not alone on this floating rock in space. Thank you Micheal for all the laughs, spooks and your great personality.

Get to know Seattle in a new way.
My husband and I are local and we absolutely love playing tourist. This is the second time we have taken this tour and we were highly entertained again! We had a different guide so the style was different and very theatrical, which I absolutely love! There was a little more information with this guide (Michael) and his accents, larger than life delivery made it so awesome. I would definitely recommend, we loved it both times.

Michael was engaging. He knew his history. It was pouring rain, but it didn't put a damper on the tour.

What a great experience! Walking through post alley and the surrounding area learning about Seattle history and the ghost stories of the area was a great blend of learning and fun!

I enjoyed the tour with some suggestions for improvements
I enjoyed the tour except it was hard to hear the guide all the time. Not the fault of the guide but just being outside in a loud city environment made hearing the tour difficult especially since the patrons were in a U shape around the guide - he would understandably turn around as he spoke to face everyone but once he turned it was very difficult to hear even with his booming voice. Also since the descriptions given at each stop was part of a set script it was not easy to ask questions on the fly.
I would happily pay more for some interior stops to be added to tour.

Would highly reccomend…
Was on a mother/son trip to Seattle and we decided on this tour an hour before it started. Pick up location was great. The way to locate tour guide was detailed and easy. The guide was great - social and funny, but also knowledgeable and a good story teller. We learned a tom about some of Seattle’s dark history and had a little bit of spook for October. Would highly recommend.

Alexis was so great, what a wealth of information. It was only two of us and her and I definitely feel like our experience was tailored as such which made it that much more awesome of an experience.

The tour was fun, a walking tour with some history. There were a number of spooky stories but nothing I'd consider scary. The guide was very pleasant and made our time fun.
