The goods received were very suitable for what I needed but the delivery service was dreadful. Did not come when promised. I had to contact the company to ask when the goods would arrive. Came the next day after phone call but with no packaging on it at all, so lucky it was not damaged.

Regarding the delivery, our service is generally very fast, but there are occasions where external factors such as traffic or unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. While we always aim to meet the original delivery date, if this isn’t possible, we do our best to ensure delivery is completed the very next day.
In terms of packaging, some of our chairs are transported without individual wrapping. This is because they are designed for commercial use and are highly durable, making damage during transit very unlikely. Additionally, this approach allows us to keep product costs lower for our customers and reduce unnecessary packaging, which also helps minimise environmental impact.
We do understand your concerns and will continue working to improve both communication and delivery experience.

Sirin was very good in his dealings with us. The customer experience was very good. Prices are very reasonable. We got 750 stackable chairs from them, all in perfect order.

Really pleased with our purchase, we wanted chairs that were lighter, more colourful but also comfortable and hard wearing. Really easy to clean, stackable and our customers love them as much as we do. Really helpful staff when purchasing, we visited the warehouse and looked at all our options and tested them out there before buying. Would recommend.
