I was befriended by seacret agents while I was traveling solo on vacation. I let my guard down and although these people “seemed” friendly, they only wanted my money and (their words) my contacts. They were cultish and tried to convince me of experiences and products that I hadn’t even gotten to tangibly see yet. They kept saying stuff like they just blindly bought the largest package without knowing anything about anything.. like, how smart is that, seriously. I decided to try due to getting the vacation voucher immediately. I got a $600 package. There were hardly any options, extra pay for anywhere halfway decent, no cruises, and most locations were their timeshares. Then the products that came were missing some. I got an email for $20 off of something and told to wait for the missing product to be back in stock. It was horrible so I cancelled by phone and email. I paid to ship the product back, and was offered a partial refund, and was shipped another product on top of that. I’m super upset by now. I had to contact them by phone and email too many times. They didn’t notice that they didn’t initially ship everything, and charged me for product I never received. They’re supposed to refund me, but I’ve yet to see it, and when I logged back in, it said they were going to “renew” my membership! Like, how? They are scammers and the people who really buy into it are cult like weirdos.
Update: The response they gave in reference to my refund, is that they charge a restocking fee and shipping fees. A restocking fee on partially sent products ? And I paid the shipping! This company is a SCAM! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE MONEY, TIME, ENERGY, EFFORT AND PEACE.

I have wright to claim and activate the voucher. But never happened.
I called them 4-5 times, I stay on the phone for few hours, but nothing happened. There duty is to provide me with paid voucher.
I lost my money, which I paid to them. I'm unhappy that Seacret Direct took my money and did not do whatis written in the contract, that I have the right to a voucher.
There goal is just to take the money!
I feel cheated because I gave my money for nothing, you took it, and I got a big nothing.
Disgusting and unprofessional business.

She is not helpful a toll. When I lost mu patience and want to cancel, she was very happy to do this.
Keep the money, keep the voucer!

It makes since why Seacret Fitness Club didn't care to offer the program I paid for and never received. Fortunately my friend who brought me into and was surprised and felt bad about what happen. See the following review that I posted on TripAdvisor:
Inspired by a friend who is in the this field excitedly I applied and paid online a few days before the program was to begin, March 5th. I received a receipt confirmation but no link to the program. Waited a few days still nothing. March 8th Seacret sent an email that my package is on the way. I thought, well I guess the link will be included. A few days later I received the box (see pic attached). Still no link, in fact not even a piece of paper describing what I received. My friend reached out to Seacret on my behalf. Seacret suggested I check my spam. It is awful funny that I received everything else but I should check spam for the workout program that should have arrived the moment Seacret received my full payment? I'm excluding a few correspondences but the final was when Seacret emailed me my options for the program, stay for the next one in April (in a few days) or a refund. Obviously I opted for the refund. I never heard back from them after that. My friend reached back out to Seacret and they told her I have to send back the crap they sent me first. I said sure no problem. Can they send me a shipping label. Nope, I had to pay for the return and ship it myself. I shipped it back and to this day no confirmation from Seacret that they received their crap back. Just sad and unfortunate. They offered nothing for the inconvenience or to at least try to keep me as a customer. When it comes to working out you have to catch people where they are at. The customer treatment that Seacret exhibited throughout this entire process is very disappointing. You can thwart a person's attempt at a healthy life or slow it down. Sad.

Attention: Arnaque aux voyages avec leurs pass Get Away de Seacret // n’achetez aucun de leur pass c’est du vol…c’est hors de prix, on vous promet du tout compris et ça vous coute plus cher que de voyager via d’autres plateformes de voyage !!! Je déconseille. Il n’y a rien de compris dans leurs offres ( repas, transferts, et activités ne sont pas inclus) !! Alors que c’est ce qu’on m’a vendu … J’ai acheté 3 pass voyage Get Away pour 2000€ pour voyager à plusieurs et je ne peux pas voyager comme je veux avec car leurs offres sont nulles !!!!!! Je suis trop dégoûté et en plus vous devez payer un abonnement de 43€ par mois pour rien. Je veux qu’on me rembourse mes 2 pass restants car avec le 1er pass j’ai réussi à avoir un pauvre voyage nul !

Seacret Customer Service is awesome! My pkg was stolen and they sent another for free. The trips are absolutely the best.

This company is awful! They took money from my bank account for fees without permission or warning! I called their head office and was told i would have it back in 10 business days, it's been almost a month, still no money, just lots of excuses even went so far as to blame to government and covid!! Do NOT trust this company with your bank or credit card info, they will use it without you knowing and keep your money!!

Grande azienda che, nonostante la partenza in salita a dicembre 2020, sta ricompensando chi ha creduto in lei con servizi e prodotti di livello stratosferico. Business con sistema di formazione da 7 stelle lusso. Azienda vergine quindi con un potenziale immenso ancora da sviluppare. Complimenti veramente.

Quello che sta succedendo in questa compagnia è assurdo ed è vergognoso come chi ne fa parte copra la verità.
La compagnia è inattaccabile e basta leggere termini e condizioni presenti sul backoffice senza fare neanche il log in per rendersene conto: AL PUNTO 8 C'è SCRITTO CHE OGNI RECLAMO O EVENTUALE CAUSA DEVE ESSERE FATTO PRESSO IL TRIBUNALE IN ARIZONA, QUINDI PER NOI ITALIANI NON C'è SCAMPO!!

Più DI 30 PERSONE TRUFFATE PRONTE A RIVOLGERSI ALLE AUTORITà ITALIANE MA SICURAMENTE SEACRET LA SCAMPERà!!!!

C'è anche una causa in corso tra WORLDVENTURES e il presidente di Seacret per furto di rete e del DATA BASE di Worldventures!!

Prelevano i soldi dagli account degli agenti senza autorizzazione!!

Tutte le persone che sono state spostate in Seacret con false promesse di ricevere le commissioni non pagate da Worldventures hanno accettato nei termini e condizioni una clausola dove rinunciano alle loro vecchie commissioni!!

La miglior cosa che mi potesse capitare in tutta la vita . L'azienda è arrivata a dicembre qui in Italia e come promesso abbiamo la nostra membership da viaggiatori, abbiamo i nostri prodotti Seacret che sono....SENSAZIONALI 😍 e la cosa bella è che si vendono da soli perché ogni agente che entra a far parte dell'azienda li vuole a tutti i costi perché sono stupendi, qualità altissima e prezzi medio bassi è fantastico avere prodotti del genere in Italia ed essere i primi soprattutto. Ci aspetta qualcosa di enorme a breve 😍 super fiera di far parte di questo Marchio. Grazie Seacret❤️

Wow ragazzi sono Sabrina che dire grazie Seacret per l'opportunità che stai dando a tutti noi ci siamo per l',apertura in Europa e Italia, proprio oggi guardavo la mia applicazione con i viaggi lo skin care la nutrizione, veramente spaziale, complimenti perché in un momento di difficoltà questa azienda ci ha dato soluzioni, ci sono stati problemi? Certo, Ma in questo 2020 chi non ha avuto problemi? Mi dispiace per tutte le persone che alla prima difficoltà hanno abbandonano la nave e adesso scrivono recensioni pessime in maniera gratuita, tra poco lavoreremo in pieno regime ON-LINE OFF-LINE grazie Seacret, prodotti unici, viaggi e piani compensi strepitoso
