SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE & DELIVERY!
Messages go answered, delivery over 2 weeks late, no response from them at all.
You are better off doubling up on other cleaning products and remove the stress of a company taking your money and ignoring you!

Same as many have stated before. Placed an order, items were out of stock and were going to be sent as soon as they were available. No items were sent, despite the website claiming they had been restocked. Asked for my order to be cancelled and for a refund but have yet to receive despite chasing.

A certain person with the initials AB posts frequently on ‘Cleaning Tips and Tricks’ FB group promoting the products, then removes the post after a couple of days so it doesn’t look like they are continually promoting this business. This is also the person I was dealing with via email for the company. I have since seen Alex is now also promoting a skincare company on the same group.

I’m now having to go via the bank to reclaim my money. Avoid at all costs.

Although delivery took a while..product arrived well packaged and it actually does what it says! Had a mark on stair carpet - shifted it on first hit! Brilliant stuff

Placed an order on 20th April with a promo code for 4 products still haven't received and it's now the 20th of May. I have had a reply and they were expecting new stock. Have emailed again this morning now waiting for a response. I would hesitate ordering from them again if it takes this length of time

I can’t fault this product. I have been asked to affiliate this on TikTok. I opened my cleaning business 6 years ago and have never said yes to affiliate before because I wanted to believe in a product.
And this I absolutely do ! The ethos of the business is another reason why.

It’s completely Uk sourced
And 5% of sales go direct to Grant a smile who grants kids wish’s. The lady who owns this business Alex is a powerhouse of a lady. The products are literally insane but as she is a new business and it’s popped everyone wants this product the warehouse is trying to get through backlogs of orders. Everybody wants this and that’s why deliveries may be delayed ! It’s flying off the shelves and rightly so it should it’s incredible! As is every product that comes from Scrubology.
My advice is if you’re waiting for delivery it is absolutely worth the wait.
Can’t wait to see the journey this business makes it’s gonna be so incredible to watch them grow.

Ordered 27/3/26. Eventually replied to email saying products out of stock and would be available 28/4/26 and sent out immediately. Still waiting, and not replying to emails. Avoid at all cost, total scam.

Placed an order, never received. Have emailed multiple times to which no response. No update, no reason it’s been well over a month. They don’t seem to have any customer service.

Would give 0 stars if could. Ordered 20th of April still waiting for Order. Responses from emails poor with rubbish excuses. Had to report it to bank to get my money back.

This is a scam company promoted by fake reviews. You are not likely to receive the products you order. If you do receive any of them, they may be damaged and will not work anywhere near as well as claimed.

There is a large Facebook group ‘Cleaning tips and tricks’. The group display picture cites Mrs Hinch despite there being no affiliation. Every few days, a post will appear in the group about the amazing results this person has had using a cleaning product. When the followers ask for details, they will link to products from Scrubology. Various replies will also then recommend the same company. The post is then deleted a short time after.

This process is repeated over and over using the same few people and the same few stolen photos. The photos can be traced using a reverse image search which shows they are years old and stolen.

You will also see many of the positive reviews on left on Trustpilot are by names who are moderators of this group.

The registered owner of the company even comments on the products in her own name, pretending to be a consumer, raving about the great results she has supposedly had with the products.

If you report this, or call them out on their deliberate deception, you will be banned from the group.

I was not aware of this at the time and unfortunately fell for their scam. I ordered five items, and only 2 arrived. Those that did arrive were badly packaged and smashed open as a result. I have contacted the company several times to resolve, but have received no response.

Be sure to claim the money back from your bank when you are scammed by them.

Be warned. Do not waste your time and money. The owner also has a second company, Good Skin, and the exact same scam tactics as above are used to promote it in the same group.

Very frustrating and disappointing company, no communication whatsoever from the numerous emails sent to all thier communication channels after a month!. I NEVER received the product!!. Absolute SCAMMERS!!!.

I ordered on 20th April.
Still haven't received the item.
There has been no reply to my messages or emails.
To say all customers have been informed about a delay is quite frankly a lie, as I've received NO communication from Scrubology.
I kindly ask for you to refund my money, failing this I shall contact my bank to recover the funds and report to action fraud.

Do not buy from this company. I made an order almost 3 weeks ago and it’s still not been dispatched. I emailed asking for a refund and had no response. Will be going through my bank to obtain back my money & will never order again. Useless business.

Placed an order on 15/4/26. Advert stated fast UK delivery. Had no email confirmation of order and heard nothing since! No replies to emails to customer service either. I'm assuming the delivery charge I paid included fast track. Terrible service from start. Still awaiting my order

Huge delay in shipping. Emailed chasing to be told that there was a fault with the site and now the products were out of stock so would need to wait until the end of April for restock. Was offered a refund of delivery fee or full refund so I was happy to wait and accepted the delivery fee refund. Since, still not shipped and no update! I've now requested a full refund and won't bother to order again

Ordered on the 22nd of April.. I have emailed 3 times, contacted them on Instagram and Facebook.. and still not response and still no order! Been trying to find a way to make contact to either get my order or get a refund! Absolute scam of a business!

Absolute scam!! AVOID! Ordered 30th March, apparently it was a pre order. Then told 22nd April, then told 28th April, it's now 4th May and still NOTHING!!! Communication is shocking. Offered delivery refund even though it was free delivery. Do not order as you won't see your money or your products!!!

I ordered from scrubology after seeing a review on facebook and bought a bundle which stated free shipping in 48 hours.
I waited over a week before contacting them to which they replied they were awaiting stock to be delivered between 14th and 22nd April and my order will be shipped on 24 hours.
They also stated that if I wanted to wait for my order they would refund the shipping fee to which I replied it was free but if I were to cancel and re order, I wouldn’t get the 10% discount which was offered on the order id originally placed!
The communication and customer service from this company is disgraceful.
I like others on here cannot be all wrong!
Update:- still not received my order and goal posts of when stock due in keep being moved!
Website still states 24-48 hour delivery on stock ordered.
Also received an email to get £4 off another order for recommending Scrubology. Talk about rubbing salt in the wounds!
