Scribeberry is an easy to use and powerful AI scribe with many great features, with customizable templates. I particularly like the feature to add documents or results uploaded to the scribe to automatically incorporate relevant aspects in the generated output. I now use the scribe for almost 100% of my clinical encounters.

Palliative Care: Most flexible and user-friendly AI scribe experience
I am a Palliative Care Physician who has long consultations with patients and additional details to capture than many other doctors that really impact how we deliver good patient care in my field (e.g. comprehensive understating of a patient's psychosocial and functional situation). I have also tried almost all the available AI scribes on the market that are available to individual physicians (and compliant with privacy laws) in both Canada and the US.
Scribeberry is the only platform I can rely on to customize my notes to templates exactly as I set them, and to extract exactly the details I need for my notes due to the talk-back function which allows me to have a conversation with the scribe about the encounter (think ChatGPT). This also allows it to act as my second brain about the encounter. If I need details around a specific topic discussed, I just ask it! It also allows me to record my audio files separately when I need to, which I do with a much higher quality dedicated audio recorder that doesn't rely on a cloud connection, and doesn't drain my phone's battery, and upload them afterwards when I sit down to do my charting and paperwork. Of course, I can record directly with my phone or computer if needed and it has multiple integrations for recording in person and online video encounters.
Scribeberry is the most flexible and adaptable option I have found, which makes it perfect for my needs.
