Don't use them

I ordered a Covid-19 Pre-travel Antigen Self Test on 31 Dec for a flight on 7 Jan, and was informed that it would be delivered on 4 Jan by DPD Local.
On 4 Jan I had an email from DPD Local saying there was an unspecified delay. The tracking system was equally unhelpful stating an unspecified issue had caused a delay but it was resolved with a new delivery date of 5 Jan.
On 5 Jan, the parcel had not moved from its location and the delivery date became 6 Jan.
On 6 Jan, there had been no change in the parcel status. So I tried using the Screen4 online live chat function during their working hours and had no response. I tried calling Screen4 to discover that they had vastly reduced their customer support hours from 10.00-16.00.
So I tried calling DPD Local who initially tried to argue that there was no issue, then after I literally had to count the hours since the package status had changed, they accepted there was an issue but told me that a parcel missing for 24 hours required an investigation and only the sender could initiate it.
So when I could finally call Screen4 during their working hours, I was on hold for 45 min before my call was disconnected. It was impossible to get through to them.
So I ended up booking a last minute test locally from another provider.
My Screen4 kit was finally delivered after I had left for the airport on 7 Jan, so it was completely useless.
Despite repeated attempts to contact Screen4 they have not responded to any of them.
Terrible customer support and terrible service from their choice of courier. I would not recommend.

Update 18 Jan - still no proper answer from Screen4. I would strongly recommend to not use this company.

Stay away from Screen4

Using Screen4 for a day2 after return PCR test. According to Royal Mail tracking, my sample arrived 96 h ago. Have not received any communication or confirmation, not to mention my test result. They clearly do not care about their obligations towards customers. And most certainly they will let anyone down waiting for a pre-departure test result. Their policy is to not refund.. Stay away.

DO NOT USE THIS TESTING COMPANY. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my test 3 weeks in advance of my flight to Dubai. When my test arrived I read all the instructions on their website. I took my test 72 hours prior to my flight as per the Dubai regulations. I posted my test in the Tracked 24 envelope Screen4 provided. 48 hours later and 24 hours before my flight the test had not arrived at Screen4. I called and asked for a partial refund and requested the test was not processed as I had been forced to pay for an emergency express PRC test costing £160. They refused blaming the problem on the Royal Mail. The Royal Mail is the logistics partner of Screen4 and they were not able to deliver on time. I had not been proactively contacted to explain this. There was nothing in the package recommending that I pay for a guaranteed postal service. Had they done this I would have paid the additional fee to ensure my test arrived at their office in Yorkshire. Instead of accepting that the logistics partner they work with was unable to fulfil the service I had paid for and admitted that they failed to warn me of a developing situation by proactively contacting me, Screen4 have absolved themselves of all responsibility by using the excuse that they'd included a note on their website after I'd placed my order. It would have been reasonable to offer a partial refund for this experience.

Screen 4 totally Shocking.

We had to purchase another pcr test from another company to allow us to fly. Tried calling screen 4 but phones not answered.
Only got the screen 4 result when already at our resort. When we flew, tui staff stated that passengers were having repeated issues waiting for screen 4 results.
Avoid at all costs.

Had to pay for an emergency walk in
Called to chase up as I ordered 17th December and nothing had arrived by 20th December 2021 and I fly o the 22nd December They explained Royal mail has huge delays and this had been the case for a few weeks but happily took my money in the 17th December with no warnings on their site about delays. Called and asked for refund they said it would take upto 21 days upon receipt of their form being filled in
No one answered the phone for nearly 2 hours whilst I was chasing my order and I had a response from their website online form whilst I was sat by the pool 6 days after I emailed them
Shocking service and not very honest with turn around times on tests

Will not go with Screen4 again! It has been 5 days since I posted my kit and still haven't heard a word, I could have paid an extra £10 and gone somewhere else and gotten my results within 24 hours! Very unhappy with their service.

Dont waste your money and time

It is more than a week I've arrived in the uk. They failed to deliver the test kit by second day of arrival and it only delivered on day 4. Although we sent the test results on the same day, no feedback on day 8 of arrival.
Total waste of money

Covid Testing - My Error

I wanted to take a couple of minutes to thank Suzie for how helpful she was with me during our call on Jan. 6. I had failed to enter my test bar code into the website before sending my sample in. She was very patient with me and fixed my error by entering the code for me, even though it really wasn't something she had to do. Great Service

Great Service form Robert to help me reschedule pre-departure PCR tests for both myself and my wife when the on-line system could not help. He was calm and reassuring throughout, listened well to what we needed to achieve, and then he sorted it all out for us. Most refreshing, so thank you very much.

Ordered LFT test 21st November before…

Ordered LFT test 21st November before departure. Upon return 6th December no test kit spent an hour on the phone trying to get through. Emailed and test kit turned up by post next day. Did test and sent photographic evidence of PLF, test result and passport same day. Despite several emails was told I needed to take a PCR test. Explained I had returned the day before the government changes and provided evidence. Despite lodging a complaint never received a reply or my certificate. Avoid this company.

When I called I was informed where I was in the queue which was useful and then after a while Amber came on line and professionally answered all of my queries associated with minimising the time taken for obtaining my test results. On one query when she was unsure of the answer she put me on hold to ascertain the correct answer which demonstrated her professionalism.
