Until I get a response from Tech…
Until I get a response from Tech support, I can only give a 3. I received the package when expected, that's all I can report. The horn I have does not activate. I sent a message through their tech support messaging system but have not received confirmation of receipt for a week now. Simply put, I expect better response, even if only automated.

I expected a Louder Horn
The horn I purchased was touted as being much louder than the stock horn on my 2020 Harley-Davidson Tri-Glide. I didn't sense the horn to be any louder. It was extremely easy to replace the OEM with this horn, took 10 minutes, top. Just was expecting either a different tone or more volume.

Better than stock. Easy to install. Don't understand why it's over $90 dollars though. There's others that are cheaper with the same dB.

This is simply is not true, false advertising claims of dB ratings, random cell phone meter ratings, various tones, ( higher vs. the lower Mini Banshee tone), warranty coverage from none with competitors to our industry leading 2 year warranty coverage.... These all play an important roll with our product line. Lastly, our Mini is competitively priced on the performance and value. Clearly your comment of $90 is misrepresenting our MSRP. Your price was your shipping costs, which again are subjective to where you live in the world. As a matter of fact we have many international buyers that's have gladly paid USPS, UPS, DHL, $25 to $50 USD in shipping fees to have a safe, loud reliable horn.

A definite upgrade…
The mini banshee was a definite upgrade from the stock horn on the Indian Scout. I love my motorcycle but the horn sounded like a moped. The banshee gave it a deeper tone and definitely louder.

Absolutely totally impressed
Absolutely totally impressed. Went through three horn replacements and even a new H-D replacement sounded like a sick calf - no exaggeration, the horn just sounded weird (I have owned 37 bikes and now have 2). This horn, as a plug-in replacement is WAY better than any stock horn bar none!

I wish it would have worked in the…
I wish it would have worked in the space I had on the 2021 Heritage Softail Classic 114. If the wires had hooked up the horn would have had to be turned up so it would fill up with water. I could not get the screws to line back up to mount the horn and bracket back in place. I watched a video of one being installed on a 2018 Fat Bob, that horns connections where turned 180 degrees different than the one I have, so the horn pointed down. Sorry it would not work, stuck with beep beep horn on my bike.

We're sorry to hear about your challenge. Our tech team exchanged many emails with you on the installation issue. As we explained, you purchased the bike with custom engine guards. These guards dramatically altered the installation process. We reccomend you fabricate a simple "L" bracket at a 90° angle. This will solve your problem.

After doing some research on horn options for my Harley Ultra Classic, I decided on the Screaming Banshee Mini. I won't lie, the price was a bit steep, but I also believe that you get what you pay for. I'm VERY happy with my purchase! Shipping was fast, and installation couldn't have been easier. The horn is LOUD!! I love it. My factory horn was literally drowned out by the engine. You couldn't hear it at all unless the bike was off. This thing you can hear over 10 Harleys. Lol. Kudos to Screaming Banshee.
