Thank you for your three emails of communication with us. As we promised we would respond to both of your emails and the Trust Pilot review.
Your opinion of your stock 2013 HD horn as being as loud as the Mini Banshee was disputed by our tech department. For our testing and findings is simply the Mini Banshee is louder and has a deeper tone.
We gave you several different options on resolving your challenge. And after several emails and attempts to make you happy.
It was your decision to keep the unit as is.
It is our conclusion you're satisfied with our company and communications.

Not very loud and got sucked into buying the wiring harness which I didn’t need. It does work but stock horn was the same

What year and model bike do you ride?
And as far as being 'sucked in' on purchasing a $9.95 item..... It was based on a recommendation that your bike would use for a easier installation. All you need to do is return it for a full refund.

My bike is a 2023 Indian Chieftain, the stock wiring harness is a newer plug in version, not the old 2 wire style. I emailed about this already and have not received any response if you make your horn with a modern wiring plug .

A answer to your two challenges.
We're sorry for not seeing or responding to your email.
The plug wiring on your 2023 Indian is need to our tech department. From 2022 and previous the Indian plug was not a new wire technology....but a cosmetic rubber housing covering the two universal space connector.
We reccomend you email us a picture of the inside of the plug. And in your email use the subject line Indian 2023 Plug.
Once we receive it, we'll be able to handle your challenge.

I HAD to have a better horn for my bike! I'm a first-time owner and new rider. My very first ride, I experienced a few id10ts in cars that simply did not pay attention to me on my bike. The ONLY feature on my bike I didn't like was the wimpy horn. I saw an ad for the Screaming Banshee, ordered it, received an email from one of the owners who thanked me for the purchase, and it was at my doorstep in just a few days. EASY install, and I was done. Great product. Makes much more noise than the stock horn and with a deeper, more clear tone. Well worth it!

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Received a bad horn, a bad wire extension. Got another wire extension and horn and the product only works if you have it so loose that when you press the horn it almost falls off from the screws being so loose. Absolute trash.

We are surprised at your review and comments. Lets take your experience in review and look at the complete story. First yes you did receive a wire extender that was not assembled correctly. And you did email our tech support team after hours. And with in a few hours you were emailed and eventually called regarding sending you a replacement. This was completed on the next business day, and sent to your home address. The next contact was by you via phone regarding the horn didn't sound loud enough for your liking. And we believe that you sent a video of the horn performance. At that time it was determined that it was either a bad unit OR probably a common installation issue (over tightening the nut to the bracket.) So you were sent a second horn at no charge, nor charged with shipping. Then you were told of the installation procedure of using RED LOCTITE... as recommend by both Harley and Honda service technicians.
The next communication from you as recommended, to contact our tech support team and follow up. You did not follow up, but you decided to become a keyboard warrior and submit not only a negative one star review, but added a comment of "absolute trash". Not only do we disagree with your efforts and response, but method and wordings are simply biased and disputed by our team.
Thank you for your blanket feedback, all feed back is welcomed whether it is fictional or factual.

Really a one star rating? After all the customer service, responding on your word by emailing you a warranty replacement. And the replacement was issued site unseen before we received the initial purchase. And you talking to us during your warranty claim The best part of your actions are: The company issued you a return email for your returned product... THIS IS NOT OUR POLICY...But you leveraged the I am a veteran..And we have and will continue to support veterans. BUT you couldn't even put the return label on the right box. So what did we receive? The box had a pair of camo pants that was purchased from you on Amazon! Really Matt... Plus we emailed you the original tracking number....and to date we have no return product, a pair of camo pants and several hours of customer service only to you... And your thank you is a one Star rating and complain.
Thank you for your past business, but we have lost money by all your mistakes and simple needless request.

Big Dog life saver
Had been looking for a horn to fit my 2018 Harley Heritsge Classic for a while as the factory horn just didn't have enough punch. ( Doodle bug horn ) Found the Screaming Banshee Mini and said it would fit. It fit well with slight modification of existing bracket. Had to remove crash bar and reinstall but we'll worth it for the big sound type air horn. It works well and now no more worries with cars not hearing me when they are too close or coming over into my lane. Thank you Screaming Banshee for what me and my bike needed. BJ Stone
