Scrap Local - 5 Star Service - Highly Recommend
Scrap Local customer service was outstanding. I’ve never scrapped a car before and the team at Scrap Local offered a great rate for my vehicle and proceeded to manage the entire process from ‘offer’, through to ‘pickup’. This was carried out over the phone and a driver collected the vehicle from my doorstep.
No hassle at all. I fully recommend Scrap Local!

We believe we maintained clear communication throughout the process, and I understand you spoke directly with our Managing Director, Martin, regarding the payment. We always strive to ensure that our customers are well-supported, and we appreciate your cooperation in resolving the matter.
Booked a collection then was Ghosted.
Booked a collection, during the booking process, Messages were replied to very quickly. However they never bothered to turn up to collect the vehicle and no messages or phone calls to say that they were unable to attend.
I sent messages for a couple of days to give them another chance however they never replied - they ghosted me.
In a way i should be thankful as i got 25% more from another firm - car.co.uk

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. Contacted me about my car very quickly and requested further images and information from me to gain best quote. Quoted me more than others, furthermore the care was collected and money in my account in 11 hours from start to finish. Recovery guy Danny was polite, professional and helpful. Completed the log book for me and advised me how to complete online to save time posting forms etc.
All in all it could not have gone smoother.
