Early morning flight and late night flight return made do easy with Scotpark! Will be recommending and rebooking.

phones when areived to airport as discussed prior, phone rang out 17 times no answer then had to walk from the airport back to the scot and ride park. When we got there there was no workers there, pressed ring button no one answered, still continuously phoning throughtout the full time. Then waited 20 minutes with no call back or answer on the ring door bell. Eventually the van tirned up that took us to the airport the day before, the van had picked up other people who also had a bad experience. When met with worker no apologies were given, couldnt find car keys, car wasnt ready to be picked up, therefore would not use again wouldnt even give it a star

Fantastic, close to airport. Couldn't ask any better.

We arrived after a ling haul flight and there was only 1 whittle bus running for around 30 passengers. When I did eventually arrive they had lost my keys. Amateur hour. Ill never come near this mob again, no wonder they were cheap. AVOID at all costs.

Booked the ‘meet and greet’ service as we had multiple cases and a baby. From reading the website and confirmation email it makes it sound like you meet the driver at the drop off point at the airport however this was not the case. Phoned the number given when we were 30 minutes from arriving (as instructed on the email) and the man on the phone could not understand what we were saying, seemed to not know what the meet and greet service was and kept telling us to come to the car park. After 5-10 minutes discussing this he finally understood and told us to go to the holiday inn express which we did. Keys were given to the man who met us here who then drove off leaving our car at the holiday inn. Since returning home we have now had a parking fine for £100 as our car was left in the holiday inn express car park for 3 and a half hours.

I have emailed the company about this and have been ignored.

Terrible service with people who clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

I would avoid this company at all costs.

So disorganised. One hour wait to get to the airport. Slowest park & ride I’ve ever used. Would not recommend

Close to the airport, so short transfer, and staff were courteous and friendly. Slightly further to walk to pick up/drop off point than other operators, as it's at the Holiday Inn at the rear of the multi-storey car park. But all-in-all a seamless experience. Would definitely use again.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Scot Park. I booked "Park and Ride" through Book FHR specifically because Scot Parks own website indicated I would keep my own keys, but this was completely false. Upon arrival, I was asked to hand over my keys in what can only be described as unorganised chaos, with cars triple-parked and having to be moved constantly to access others.

While I was away in Spain, I discovered via my cars app that it was left unlocked with the driver's window down. Nobody contacted me about this.

When I spoke to the office, they claimed they couldn't start my car, despite having already moved it across the yard, and simply told me "not to worry" while placing a black bin bag over the window.

When I returned, the interior of my brand-new car was covered in bird droppings.

My car was working perfectly before I left, and I suspect their handling of my keys or vehicle caused a loss of connection with the smart key fob.

Additionally, on our return, we had to phone 2 different numbers and had to wait for at least 30 minutes to be collected.

I would strongly advise against using this company and will not be returning.

DO NOT DO Business WITH This company, starting with completely wrong parking location given BY THE Company,nearly missed our flight with all their messing about. Car not parked at airport as advertised. On the way home wrong information on pick up point again given by scot park. We had paid for meet and greet but we were told to go to a bus stop. We phoned them back and told them again we were meet and greet, eventually they agreed to go bring our car to us. We then waited at a new pick up point for a while and had to phone them back to which we were told our car was not even out of the compound yet. We waited a further 45 minutes after calling and eventually someone appeared with our car. I cannot even describe the mess of the car. It was disgusting, covered in bird mess outside and INSIDE the car......do not go near them its a con.

On arrival I was greeted without my booking being in the system. Took a bit of the to sort this out - basically the guy had to redo my form, all while on the phone!
Transfer was fine
Transfer back from the airport - driver drove 40-50mph along a 20 or 30mph road.
Arrived at the car park to find my key was not looked out, they didn't know where my car was in the car park! Was blocked in by another car - took a while to find this car's key. All took 40 mins and at the time I was there, this was "quick". Others looking for keys for multiple cars! Literally looking through plastic boxes of envelopes of keys, looking for the reg plate number of the car blocking them in.

No organisation. Shambles.

Excellent service! Friendly staff. The van was tricky if you're small to access from the ground but the transfer was quick, and they were waiting when we returned.

Had a great experience with Scotpark this week. Smooth check in process, easy to find, close to airport, really friendly staff, but mainly they didn’t mess about getting us to the terminal building or collecting us (which is a big deal for us). Price was great too so overall I’d defo use again. If I had to offer some advice a valet service would be amazing!

Great service. We arrived & parked our car , they took us to the airport straight away. No hanging about.
On return our flight was delayed 3 hours. Not a problem.
Efficient & kept in touch. Would use again.

Scotpark was great, it was easy to find and a smooth process. The driver was very friendly and it was very convenient getting picked up when we arrived home just a short walk to the bus stop. Would definitely use again!

I used this new meet & greet parking service last weekend
It was an excellant service from start to finish
From booking online to being met at the drop off point by Suhail the Manager all was very smooth & efficient
You call witjin30 mins of your arrival at the airport to allow the staff to go to the drop off point which was the Holiday Inn express
All communications by email or WhatsApp messages with clear instructions on what to do at each stage was very helpful
Your car is taken to a secure compound and you walk across the drop off parking area straight into the terminal building

On return you call when walking out with your luggage to the same pick up point Suhail was waiting with my car
I cannot recommend this company & service highly enough
I will definately be using it again on my next trip for smooth stress free parking!
