Ordered the pack along with a kilt on the 27th of May. Online it stated it is available for pick-up and the last day would be the 21st of June, no note left at my door. Went to receive it on the 19th from the post office and they said it was never received and perhaps the wrong station was written. Called Scotland titles several times over the summer plus used their query box and received no answer until the 9th of Sept whereby they stated - "We do not re-ship the same printed pack, as they are designed to make one trip to the recipient, and not designed to be sent back and forth 3 times, as it would not be in any acceptable condition once it is received. If you would like another Printed Pack shipped to you then these can be ordered via our website". Why would I buy another? I offered to pay for the new shipment but have been ghosted. Honestly so disappointing- avoid

Update 23.09 - Have received no response regarding sending the pack again (I offered to pay for delivery) nor have I received a refund so I will be disputing the charge.

Absolute SCAM- save your money

Update 26.09 - lol creating a new website domain does not hide the previous reviews - we can still see that its scotlandtitles.com and NOT lairdtitles.com, be clever. Plus, I had "won" a free kilt that was included with the title.

I purchased a Scottish Title Land Printed Pack from SCOT TITLES as a gift for my wife birthday in December 2023. Despite paying AUD$254.57 for the complete package, the Printed Pack has never been received.

I have contacted SCOT TITLES multiple times on 26/11/2023, 22/12/2023, 09/01/2024, and 05/03/2024 but have received no resolution.

Scot Titles response claims that an attempted delivery was made on 12 December 2023, but the package was not claimed from the post office and was returned. However, there is no evidence of any delivery attempt on our security cameras on or around December 12th 2023, and no missed delivery card was left, making it impossible for us to collect the package.

In summary, I no longer trust SCOT TITLES. The lack of security footage, the absence of a delivery notice, and the unhelpful response from their customer service led me to believe that the Printed Pack was either never delivered or delivered to the correct address or mishandled entirely.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Scot Title service.
It would be greatly appreciated if Scot Titles could ensure the delivery of the paid-for Scottish Title Land Printed Pack in time for my wife's birthday in December 2024. I seek nothing more than what I have already paid for.

Scotland Titles was a joy to work with...every single thing they promised me in the package I purchased was delivered, and I must say in record time .. 100% professional, documents were exquisite to look at..they returned every single email I sent them, expeditiously . Scotland Titles answered every question (and I had many, many questions, trust me .) and with no BS..everyone on the internet who are screaming SCAM, do not know what they are talking about.They waste no time explaining they do in fact sell SOUVENIRS plots..so many "know it all" individuals tear everything apart and start quoting Scotland land and registration archives and Scottish rules and regulations,,,,,governing owning a certain plot of land , etc..etc..stating basically it is a scam.so critics of SCOTLAND TITLES acting' holier than thou ' as well as coming off as arrogant and perhaps a bit smarter than all the customers of SCOTLAND TITLES who purchased their souvenir land plots in Scotland .quoting ancient laws of Scotland .come off with reasons they can prove this Lord/Lady Laird titles is a scam...my mother and father owned a very prestigious and renowned law firms in Boston, Massachusetts for 40 years ..now retired,,told me WHAT SCOTLAND TITLES SELLS YOU AND CLAIMS YOU MAY ADD THE TITLE BEFORE YOUR NAME IS 100 PERCENT LEGAL..Furthermore , it's for the purpose of saving land and trees ...conserving ..its an excellent cause..Scotland Titles never EVER not once told you you would be joining the ranks of the illustrious birthright titled LORDS AND LADYS OF THE PEERAGE giving you a seat in the HOUSE OF LORDS......they never make that claim and they are not at all deceitful in their business practices..If people had just stopped and actually read all the rules and regulations SCOTLAND TITLES tells us about in their business .practice outline. the answer is so simple ..even a child could understand it !!

I ran across this company being advertised on a vlogger I follow and thought it would make a fun novelty gift. I placed a title plus land order and received an email for the digital download within a few minutes of placing my order. Upon downloading and reviewing the documents I noticed a mistake in the name and responded to the email asking them to change the name. I had an email within about half an hour with a new download link to the revised documents.
I really do not understand all the negative reviews, my experience with this company was top notch, and certainly does not match what others have experienced. Perhaps this company has improved their customer service after all the negative reviews.
At any rate I am happy with the product, happy with how fast it was delivered, and happy with how fast they responded to fix an error in the original digital download.

I was very impressed by my Digital pack which contained my Laird proclamation and disposition and all other relevant documentation including the earmarked tree certificates, the correlative documents for my Laird title ( with the relevant Estate Number in Fife, Scotland), the Master Title Deed, / Deed Poll, declaration of the Title, and also the declared allegiance of my certified Tartan. There were some other documents not originally sent in the Dropboxed digital pack but the team at Scotland titles and according to their blog they had explained that these would be sent in the official shipment. Thus far I have been able to track these via Royal Mail UK and I have been highly impressed with the documents and work thus far from the team at Scotland Titles.com.I love the coat of arms and the golden Unicorn ( unchained seal) and looking forward to receiving the originals and all other associated paraphernalia very soon. I am definitely upgrading to get the digital seal, and hope that the house and Stewart coat of arms in a wooden frame can be ordered as well. Indeed the Golden Unicorn is exquisite and simply gorgeous as is the Scotch Thistle too.. Thank you once more.

These guys are scammers. DO NOT USE!!!! I ordered my package and never received it. They said it got lost in Germany. I called them out on it and they said that they would have sent out another package, but since I called them out, they would now cancel my order. Basically they took my money and I got nothing for it. BEWARE do not send them your hard earned money. Just make your own title up... it's worth the same.

Update: Funny how they said a refund was given. No such thing ever happened. So this is a lie as well.

This company is horrible. I sent 10 emails canceling my order, called repeatedly, and never once got any response. The billed me hundreds of dollars anyway.

Just like everyone else I 100% thought I'd been scammed, ordered early January both digital and print pack, I did however get my digital pack within 24 hours but there was no sign of print pack being sent, I sent many many emails, all went unanswered and I even asked for a refund, because apparently they have a 100% money back policy on print packs but that to went unanswered.. unbelievably I was sent a few weeks ago a shipping advice that it has been sent, I was super shocked as I assumed I was never getting it and it actually arrived today! It's actually really really good so I'm pretty pleased with it.. giving 3 stars as the stress this caused me was huge ( it was my son's birthday present which I assumed I'd wasted $150 Australian on) And the total lack of customer service/communication..the actual product is exactly as stated on website and I'm so happy and grateful that I actually received it..so the product id give 5 stars but the lack of communication would be zero stars

This is an update to previous reviews.. I actually got my printed pack today! I can’t believe it.. it really is very nice and I’m happy to have finally received it. Thank you Scotland Titles! I hope everyone else here has the same experience. There is still hope for y’all. Slainte’ ~~Caitlyn

Finally received the hard copy pack in the mail, after two months, but still with the incorrectly copy-pasted name spelling. This is in spite of repeated attempts to make contact to have corrected. Funny, I then received an email to post a verified review to their Web page, to which I gave 1 star. This displayed for about five seconds, before being promptly deleted - so they do actually have customer service staff working there!!

Same issue as everyone else. Non-existant customer service. Order for Christmas gifts in November. I didn't get an email immediately with digital download as promised. Took me at least 20 emails which NEVER got a response until I disputed it through the way I paid - through Paypal. That was two months later!! They finally responded via Paypal and I received what I ordered. I will never recommend them - I don't even know how they got video testimonials!! Terrible company.

Still waiting for my printed pack from my order that was placed on 20th December. This was for a birthday and luckily I got the digital download so I had something to give as a present. The digital download is also the only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1, as they have delivered on part of the transaction.

I expected some delay being Christmas but it has been almost 2 months now, which is just ridiculous.

Have emailed a couple of times but just keep getting an autoreply and other reviews say even the phone number doesn't work, so will definitely not be dealing with again or recommending to anyone. There has been no communication from the company apart from autogenerated responses and I have not even received a tracking number, so I'm not holding my breath.

If you want to get a title, go the Established Titles, their reviews are the opposite of what you're getting here.

I am so upset! Purchased 2 titles. Never received anything. I went as far as finding the phone number and placing the international call! No answer outside of a voice-mail box. I've emailed, Facebooked, called...nothing! Not sure how to get my money back!

Ordered 2 packages as 2022 Christmas gifts. Never received the packets. Have emailed and emailed. Auto response. I am so embarrassed. I never should have bought these!

I immediately asked for this order to be cancelled after making it. That was Friday 3rd Feb.
Despite around 10 e mails I have not had a single response. Money removed from my account already. COMPLETE FRAUD!
Will be reported to the Police in Edinburgh today. These companies should be banned from trading online or anywhere else.

Ordered the printed pack on 12/17/23. Received the digital download on 12/22/22. No sign of the printed pack yet. I have emailed them 3 separate times and messaged on Facebook with nothing but the automated response. We should have read the reviews before he purchased. Regardless, we will be filing a claim to get our money back.

Another customer who ordered printed title but never received it. Try four times to get an answer, but no reply back. Total waste of time and effort.

It has been 6 weeks and I have not yet received my printed package. No shipping, tracking, nothing. I have emailed them 3 times and they are just ignoring me. There are other titles sites that are legitimate, like lordtitles. I also ordered one of those for my dad and it came in 2 weeks. SCAM! FILING A CHARGEBACK!
