They are scam artists. Can't cancel the account online. if you remove your payment method they still have it stored and will keep using it. If you call and want to cancel they will do everything they can to delay you, including hanging up.

This company does not provide anything worth any money. Use credit karma free services. You won't get spam in your box and again IT"S FREE... I tried to get a refund, a couple days late due to car accident and they would not help me. So I am left with an almost 50 charge from this bogus spamming garbage... AGAIN DO NOT BUY THIS

I was charged for 3 months of service that I never signed up for. When I called to request a refund, it was denied. Don't ever do any business with this company. They are a complete scam. You can see all the negative reviews they have.

I had this for several months.
Checked on it once or twice and forgot about it. Kept getting charged and I didn't notice. When I did notice I called to cancel on the 4th of July (they charged on the 2nd of July) try to get a refund for that month. They denied. Will not be recommending this service. They're are better services available

I was given a one year subscription as a customer of a company that had a data breach. After the one year subscription ended they just started charging me. I cancelled and asked for a refund which they denied because "you did not cancel before the end of your 7 day free trial". I never signed up for any free trial! Ridiculous.

Scoresense was contracted using my card by a mortgage broker. They continued to charge me after the initial report.

Gave me $1 refund and kept my $29.95 on a service I did not want. That's the kind of s__t that's gets you bad reviews. Saw a lot of bad ones for the same reason. You figure if they truly believed in their product they would give a refund when not needed. WHATEVER YOU DO STAY CLEAR OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH AFTER 7 DAYS. THEY WILL NOT REFUND!!!!

Horrible company . They start with a misleading credit score check and before you know it you're paying 29.95 a month. It took me 3 calls to try to cancel. I was sick with cancer and they continues to bill me.When I eventually found the billing they gave me 1 month credit after charging me for 9 months. They with avoid a refund at all costs. They appear to be scammers . Avoid them like the plague! Thewyt still owe me over 400 dollars.

This company is definitely a part of an elaborate apartment scam. See the other reviews. I wish I’d read further into these before I caved and did the process. Basically, I answered an ad on CL, the “apartment rep” contacted me. I was made to get a credit score from the LEGITIMATE TransUnion site, they asked a generic question about my lifestyle (“Will you be living alone or with someone else?”), I answered (living alone), and they sent a SECOND email, making me sign up for this (very obviously) scam site. I argued and begged to use another site (Credit Karma) because this is so obviously a scam, compared to the legitimate site. I finally capitulated because I was foolishly holding out hope that I would secure this apartment. While it did produce the same results as a legitimate credit-score site, it also took my credit card AND SS info, processing what I assume to be the monthly fee. I immediately cancelled the subscription and will be keeping the receipts, while I monitor my credit score and identity info.

What really tipped me off is after I posted my results to our chat, the “rep” ASKED THE SAME QUESTION AS BEFORE (“Will you be living alone or with someone else?”) and I knew it was fake. I called their phone number and it led to an inactivated Google voice number. TOTAL SCAM. So upsetting. I live in a city with really competitive housing. I thought I’d found a gem of a unit and I was only trying to be fair and honest. At least I know my legitimate credit score; FYI: it corresponded to Credit Karma, which is absolutely free.

Trying to get cancellation of your account is a nightmare. WARNING: This can only be done via chat system where you will be haggled with down to around $5 for the same service... how insulting. 3 months of charges after cancelling and no refund... you will be lucky if you even get a response from customer service. A shocking company and the data they provide can be obtained elsewhere for less money with a bit of effort....

Folks, think twice about signing up with ScoreSense. Went one day over my renewal. The renewal date was on a weekend. I sent them an email to end my membership. (too much money when you can get the same elsewhere for far less) They would not reverse the charge. Not even the decency to pro-rate it. The charge card company was useless on a chargeback as they usually back the merchant, not the customer anyway.

Rip off I cancelled my membership 1day after I started I was still charged on the 7th day and was told I would not get my money back because of communication after I was billed . I called because I should have never been billed in the first place...this is really bad communication Will be reporting this to better business bureau

This is the second time I have run into this company. The first time I canceled my subscription twice only to be told they had no record of my calls. They did however hear me when I said my next call would be to the Better Business Bureau.Somehow I have stumbled into their path again and I will make sure they understand my ,end this subscription the first time

I asked for a refund and was denied even after explaining that i was unable to cancel on last day to cancel as my Internet, Television, Telephone Service was not on due to an outage - i called the next day and asked to cancel - next day i get an email telling me they will not issue a refund as i didn't cancel on last day - really is this how a company should act - what really gets me also is the 3 credit are supposed to give a free yearly report but you have to use this company to get them and you have to sign up using their service - it is a total ripoff - well i am now out $30.00 live an learn

Signed up for the $1 7-day trial. Got my reports. Cancelled on 7th day like I should have but was charged $29.95 anyway! I tried to get a refund but was told it didn't matter that I cancelled on the 7th day, because I didn't cancel by the EXACT TIME I started the trial! What a terrible way to get money out of people. After some back and forth Marylin (my rep) was kind enough to not take my frustration personal and called on her manager, who then approved the refund! Shame on you Scoresense but THANK YOU SO MUCH MARYLIN AND SUPERVISOR!!!
