My poor Labrador has had to go through several rounds of getting his anal glands expressed and have tried many expensive products that claim to sort out the issue but to my disappointment nothing has worked. I saw Scooch advertised on Facebook and thought it would be worth a try, I am a month in and already noticing a difference. I like how they are treats and I just feed him 3 a day. Will be staying on Scooch going forward and hopefully no more uncomfortable trips to the vets.

I got the Anal Gland chew supplements for my dog, unfortunately they didn’t work & giving them to him was a real mission. He is not a fussy eater, but with these he smelt them & point blank refused, so they had to be cut up & hidden in his food. Unfortunately I didn’t cancel my monthly subscription in time, I asked for details to return the unopened packet which had been with me less than one week & was refused. Apparently you can only return & receive a refund on your first order? However neither myself or friends can see this on their policy on the website. Clearly 100% money back guarantee does not mean this!!When I questioned this all I got was “thanks for your feedback “ & was dismissed. Terrible customer service!

Cannot get my subscription cancelled. The website won't let me log in, I can't change my password as the link is incorrect everytime, I've tried emailing but the email bounced back, I've trying commenting on their Facebook page and no one has replied. The first payment was £19, then the next time they charged £25....worst of all my dog doesn't even like the treats!! VERY poor customers service and I'm outraged that this is still ongoing.

Purchased anal glands , calming and allergy itch chews, so glad I finally found supplements that actually work for my dog, it’s has worked and helped her so much, I highly recommend trying these supplements chews, it’s great too you can subscribe and get every month

After several expensive trips to the vet
we decided to order these anal gland supplement chews for our dog. Super fast delivery! We were initially disappointed with the plastic like texture of the treats as our picky pooch normally turns her nose at these BUT after an hour she decided they shouldn't go to waste and now eats them straight away every night PHEW! After a few days we noticed she'd stopped scooting and there has been a definite improvement with her gland issues. Will def be setting up a subscription now. Highly recommend!

I bought allergy itch tablets for my dog. Unfortunately they did not work.
However, Scooch responded to my second note concerning the tablets and have now refunded the cost of my order.
Hence, although I cannot recommend the tablets for all itching issues (hence the four stars), I was pleased with the outcome.

This is a completely faceless company. You buy the products which arrive fine but you have no idea if they are working or not and Scooch is sending the next order when you still have 21 days worth of the original packet left. They take the money and tell you they are being sent on the same day. No chance to cancel and ABSOLUTELY no response from emails sent. This is AI customer care at it's best!! I have repeatedly asked to talk to someone on the phone! Out of the question BUT you get great AI responses by email asking you how the company has done and can you rate them when they have not responded to your request at all. Hilarious and frustrating in equal measures! Unless you are happy to sign up to their App and be prepared to do everything through that, you will not enjoy the customer experience with this company. NO idea if the product is working as it's too early to say but Scooch have made sure they have taken my money and sent another batch. So Scooch have no interest in if the product is working just that they can take your money when it suits! Subscription cancelled by me which is a shame but I can't work with such poor customer service.

Prompt delivery, no hassle. Great product has worked really well for my dog.The only drawback for my dog is that being an older dog she has not many teeth so is unable to chew the treat.I have got by this by milling the chews into a powder and adding to her food.This is working well.Would recommend.

I moved to a new and noisier area. Slinky was so highly strung, he barked at every sound. Even the boiler through the night! After using Scooch Calming we have conquered this and are moving onto the All in One. If subscribed everything runs smoothly and you don't have to remember dates of top ups etc. I definitely highly recommend Scooch 👌

My dog has been having the chews for quite a few months, but suddenly went off them, we tried all the normal things like peanut butter to tempt her but to no avail so on the day the subscription was due I contacted Scooch to cancel, I had an immediate reply, very early in the morning suggesting things to tempt her but if this didn't work I could cancel, I explained I had already tried all their suggestions and as I had a large supply I still wanted to cancel. I have received no reply since, despite another 2 emails, instead they took the money and still sent out the next pack of chews. I have had to leave a note and communicate with the postman via my doorbell to refuse the package, lets see how long the refund takes. Very disappointed in a company I thought were hot on customer services!

Our dog is just finishing her first month on Scooch for anal gland issues. Since we got her as a rescue last October, she has needed to have her glands expressed by the vet regularly, every four weeks, with lots of scooting her bottom across the carpet as the vet appointment gets close. Since we started her on Scooch, we have not seen any scooting and we are now at 48 days since her last appointment. Even if Scooch just prolongs the period between vet visits I would class it as a win. If it eliminates the problem altogether it will be wonderful.

Our dog, Bruce the Bulldog had a very smelly bottom and did so much scooching that his tail was almost bald. After just one week of taking Scooch treats we (and Bruce) noticed a massive difference. It has been three weeks now and no more scooching and absolutely no more smells. It is amazing and Bruce seems so much happier (although you can’t really tell by his face! 😂). And his tail fur is growing back. Just ordered my next batch. Wouldn’t be without them now

Ok first week one Pug had a little anal leak, but as time has gone on Im delighted!! No more smelly butts, I’ve tried several products, but this has resolved my problem !

Your product does not work with my dog. Please do not send any more chews, tried them for over a month without success and now my dog has an appointment with the Vets nurse.

My orders been delayed due to payment mix up with an old card still been available on my account even though I paid with the new one and it was difficult to re sort the order. Don’t even know if it’s sorted but I needed the puppy vitamins by today so hope it’s on its way
