I find it user friendly
I find it user friendly, great support and easy to build.
Room for improvement: editing tables is hard, and not many features available, for example colours. I would like to be able to move the images in the text, make them bigger or smaller.
I use tables in a section, but when it is looked in the mobile phone view it doesn't read well.
I don't like how the printing Newsletter comes out. I wish the font was bigger and easier to read.

Luke the customer service officer…
Luke the customer service officer always goes above and beyond with our requests for website edits. We have certainly pushed the limits of what the host site allows, however; this has never been an issue for Luke.
He always greets me with a friendly and helpful nature.
I truly appreciate his work, his help and his patience.

Logged and email and within 10 minutes someone had phoned back and fixed my issue. Also explained how I could do the edit myself next time.
