SAVED THE DAY!!!
I thought I had placed the order in time for school cut off however received a call from my daughter than her hoodie was not in school order.
After some investigation turns out I hadn’t confirmed the order when went to purchase online - so had a very disappointed daughter.
After speaking to Jordan and explaining the situation they arranged for the order to be expedited and we received within a couple of days, just in tim for her last day of school.
Thank you again for all your efforts we truly do appreciate it.

Exceptional Service and Quality
Jordan at the School Leavers Company has been amazing working with me to arrange our school leavers hoodies, she has been patient and extremely helpful and no task has been too much for her. I would highly recommend Jordan and the SLC and will be passing her name onto the school for future orders. Thanks so much Jordan!

The whole process was great from start…
The whole process was great from start to finish. It was easy to design and create the shop, and the fact that parents ordered and paid for their own children so we didn’t have to get lists of colours and sizes for each child was really helpful. Communication was brilliant and Jordan was especially helpful. The quality was really good, everyone seems really happy with their hoodies.

Unhelpful aftercare
Ordered my daughter's Y11 leaving hoodie and entered her name in for the back instead of a nickname. Arrived with no name. Whilst it appears that the school didn't fully explain the personalisation element of not including all the student's names so my error, the representative I spoke to was rude, even with me explaining a likely an error on my part. I wasn't expecting them to reissue another but her tone and approach put me off reordering and I've contacted our school to consider a different supplier next year as the combination of the unclear website and after sales attitude was not sufficient.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that you have concerns about your experience with us.
We deeply regret that you felt our staff member came across as rude during your interaction. This was by no means intentional.
Regarding the personalisation process, we’d like to clarify a few points to avoid any similar misunderstandings in the future. On our website, the field for entering a first and last name is clearly indicated as for labelling purposes only - from this, we create a sticker that is placed on each hoodie so when the order arrives, the school give the correct hoodie to each student. The optional nickname field is the section used for personalisation on the hoodie - this is clearly marked and also adds an additional cost to your order.
The Design chosen by the school, which was displayed in the shop, was a design that does not include names within the large 25.
We want to assure you that we’re here to help resolve this situation for you. If you’d like, we would happily assist you in retrospectively adding a nickname to the hoodie and ensure that you’re satisfied with the outcome. Our team have tried to contact you to get this arranged for you, please don’t hesitate to get back to them so we can support you further.
Once again, we apologise for any frustration this experience has caused. Your feedback is invaluable to helping us improve both our service and communication, and we hope for the chance to make things right.
Best Regards, The School Leavers Co.
