Very simple process, good quality Hoodies, nothing was too much trouble, prices were good and delivered well in time. Much easier process with parents ordering direct rather than school doing it.

Very straight forward process from start to finish. Great communication. Order arrived in time and the hoodies were good quality.

Great customer service with really fast responses.

Great communication, easy set up and usage. Hoodies are good quality.

Excellent, informative, helpful and personalised service. Nothing was too much trouble. Hoodies are of a very good quality and very good value.

The correspondence was excellent throughout and there were multiple changes i made (unfortunately) but the company were so patient and polite and helped in everyway, there were excellent, thank you !. The jumpers for the class are excellent quality and arrived quickly after the order was closed 👌

We needed the hoodies earlier than the delivery date said that could be delivered but Rachel went above and beyond what I expected and was absolutely amazing and so so so helpful!

Great quality hoodies, really fast turnaround. Loved the quality of the stitching of the front design as well.

A very swift and thorough process with excellent communication, throughout.

The product is excellent quality and value for money.

I will be back next year!

Everyone I spoke to was so helpful, particularly Racheal, I changed the design a few times and they were very patient and understanding. The online shop is very easy to use and so far all parents and pupils really happy with the order! Thanks

Rachel Whitehead at School Leavers Co. was very helpful when the orders were being placed and the hoodies were delivered very quickly after the orders were completed. Also appreciated that each hoodie was labelled with details of name and size.

When I had a query I had a quick response that was satisfactory.
The time between ordering the hoodies and delivery was really quick, I was very impressed.
I really like the system where the parents order from the shop.

The process of creating the online shop and accepting the artwork etc is very simple. The site is easy to use and to navigate. If there are any questions needing answered they are answered very quickly which makes it so much simpler for us. Parents enjoy having the access to check on sizes and colours etc as well. All in all a simple no hassle process

Great quality and service as always.

Great customer service and product

I didn't know where to begin with leavers hoodies and didn't want the responsibility of dealing with money/sizes/personalisations but honestly, the whole process was so simple from start to finish. SLC answered all my queries with no issue. They were able to restrict colours (stipulated by the school) and once the shop was set up, a link was sent to parents so they were in charge of ordering their own colour/size/personalisation. Therefore I cannot be held accountable if their size is wrong. Will absolutely use again for when my youngest child reaches the leavers stage. Thank you so much!

Communication excellent throughout, every query/question answered from the start to the end. Sample hoodie for everyone to try for size and quality was fantastic. End product is fab!

School Leavers Company were great to work with. They were excellent at personalising the hoodies exactly how we wanted them to look. They were very quick responding to our queries. The online shop was very easy to use and the hoodies look brilliant. We will definitely be using this service again.

Quick helpful responses.

Setting up the online shop.

Punctual delivery of the items ordered.

School Leavers Company has bent over backwards to help us as we negotiate hoodies for our students, stepping up with unbelievably prompt responses and going the extra mile. I couldn’t recommend them enough - customer service that many others should learn from!
