Beware of their “trial” it subscribes you automatically for A WHOLE FREAKING YEAR, around 1000€, which I never used cos I didn’t even used the trial time, because it’s automatic charged you may never see it and they- on their side never “noticed” that you are clearly not using their services- I mean if that’s a content creating thing there should be some feedback from user- which I never gave. I noticed a year later when a SECOND charge showed up to my account- I was shocked, and upon requesting my money back they just couldn’t care less.

One bad experience after another with schedult. After initial teething problems they starting managing one of our brand social pages to a reasonable standard. We tried some of our other brands with them and found our feedback, image library and brand guidelines were consistently ignored. We got sick of repeatedly giving the same feedback so we cancelled. Now, months later, we've found one brand is still being charged monthly for the service even though there's been no content posted for three months. Apparently we didn't cancel that brand and their connection to our social pages was lost so we were unaware they still considered us customers. I asked for a refund and cancellation of service on 20 June then today discovered they're STILL charging us and telling me I have to fill in a form. Do not go near them.

We had a bit of a tough time getting started, but they're doing a great job overall now.
