HORRIBLE SERVICE!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!! After 5 days of no confirmation of an order I placed for $144, I was able to email them by filling out some stupid form (???). You can’t call. No number. Within 2 hours, I receive another email stating that a shipping label has been created. THE SAME DAY I CONTACTED THEM. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!

Our email address is listed all over the website, including on the bottom of every page and even on the contact us page. If you look at our shipping policy, we mention that handling time is 2-3 business days and that things might take longer sometimes since we are human as well and things happen. Additionally, the order was placed on Saturday and you will be receiving it on the next Saturday, which is 5 business days from the day of your order and is within the 5-8 business day quote that we give for all our orders.
Nevertheless, we received an email from you today at 3:07 PM saying that you had emailed us asking for confirmation and responded at 3:12 PM mentioning that we did not receive any prior email and we provided a screenshot for proof as well. We asked that you forward us the email. We also stated that we would like to see where the disconnect happened, however, we received no response. You have already purchased from us before and we shipped the item the next day of your order.

Fragrance is very very weak
Fragrance is very very weak. Not sure where and when the seller got it from but the top notes last 20 minutes and the middle and base notes are absolutely absent 🤔.
