I would suggest getting the insurance on the orders. It was my first time ordering and about half broke in transit. BUT their customer service team was on it and redelivered the broken vials at no charge. Amazing samples, and wonderful customer care!

I absolutely love this company. The perfume is out of this world and such great deals all of the time there's not one specific perfume that you may have on your mind that you won't be able to try!!

Affordable fragrances are hide to find but thanks to Scent Decant I now have the ability to test any scent I'm interested in without breaking the bank. The ability to get a 1ml sample for >$5 is revolutionary in a market where the cheapest samples in Ulta are $30+. The scents themselves are on point and not one off clones as I have the real bottle and Scent Decants to compare too. All in all very satisfied with my first purchase and have another one in as a write this.

I'm really happy with my experience with Scent Decant. One of my perfume samples arrived half full, but when I told them about it, they sent a new one right away. No questions asked!
I want to give them credit for making things right. I don't blame them for the mistake, and I appreciate their honesty. It's clear they care about their clients.

What a great find! The prices were fair and they had a wide selection to choose from. I initially had a problem with two of the samples I ordered so I followed up with customer service. They helped me try to problem-solve and when that didn't work, they promptly shipped out replacements at no extra cost. It was amazing customer service!

I love what I ordered, but am especially pleased with how I was treated. Scent Decant went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer after a postal service mishap. They re-sent my order due to no failure on their part. Excellent customer service!

If you order decants they will be expeditious. If you order retail they will put you on the back burner until you complain. Then they will ask you if you want your money reimbursed. Obviously they make more profit off of the decants. It's an egregious business practice imo. Id bet they cash they keep hostage from the pending retail purchases is in an account, accumulating interest. I contacted them and this was the first reply We're sorry for the delay as we're waiting on the stock to arrive. Sometimes full size bottles can take longer to ship because sometimes we don't have the retail boxed version in stock, as we've used them all for decants. When the order ships you will receive a confirmation :). The second reply asked if I wanted my money back. It's laughable at best.

Great customer service. I had an order go to a previous address that didn't I realize was registered. I sent an email and they promptly sent a new order to the correct address.

I had a problem with a sample and Scent Decant was very accommodating. They shipped out a replacement! I love the idea that the initial expense to sample a fragrance is minimal prior to diving into a full luxury scent.

I placed an order over three weeks ago for a full size bottle of perfume. It was apparently not in stock so I just sent another email regarding order status. So far I'm thoroughly unimpressed and will be moving to do a charge back if I don't get a satisfactory response. Do better.

Horrible company, stay away!!!! Opened package and vial of so call J'adore poured out in my lap and on my couch. I was upset about losing the entire vial, but EVEN MORE upset because as a user of J'adore, that WAS NOT J'ADORE. The second scent was just as bad. Now I'm stuck with this HORRIBLE smell on my couch. I have to take a shower it stinks so bad.

This is a great way to sample high end perfumes when you're not ready to commit to a full bottle and you get scent overload at the perfume counter. Shipping takes a few days, but it arrives well packaged. I had one shipment damaged in transit and they responded to my email within two hours and immediately sent me a new product free of charge. I was really impressed with this service.

I made several purchases from Scent Decant over the past couple of months, and have grown increasingly tired of their shady business practices. First, I did receive my fragrances, however I was suspicious of their potency due to the lack of longevity. Nearly all of the fragrances I ordered lasted only around 30 minutes to an hour. Next, I received some fragrances spilled or mislabeled. In every order I had at least one or two bottles that were leaking or near empty. The final straw was them completely labeling a fragrance wrong and then lying to me about what fragrance it was (I ordered a clear fragrance and they sent me a dark-brown fragrance), as well as refusing to refund. As a fragrance and personal finance enthusiast, I could not in good conscience recommend anyone to make purchases from this deceitful business.

I ordered a 5oz Creed Aventus. Ive read reviews from multiple sources and many people qurstion authenticity of their products and this is definitely the case for me. What I recieved is definitely not Creed Aventus. Its noticeable instantly.

Look no further! This is a GREAT way to sample over-the-top expensive perfumes. No need to make a major investment unless you just love the way it reacts on YOU! How many times I've loved a perfume on someone else and then not liked it at all on myself and the way it reacts with my chemistry. GREAT customer service and amazing products. Already ordered a second 'batch' and looking to fill my 3rd order! VERY impressed and HIGHLY recommend!

I ordered a sample of Baccarat rouge 540. I didn't realize I had ordered this from them over a year ago. I thought my first order was with a different company. Both times I received this sample, it had no scent whatsoever, except for rubbing alchohol. They said I could return it for another sample, but I would have to pay for the return,which would be more than the cost of the sample. They charge a $1 surcharge on each order for shipping falsely advertise products.

I just received my first order from ScentDecant. I ordered 12 samples of the most popular fragrances. I am beyond pleased, The decanters are full, labeled and packaged beautifully. They all came together in a beautiful velvet pouch and are authentic brands. I use some of these brands and can tell they are the real thing. I received a coupon for the next purchase and am ready to order more. This is my fragrance headquarters!!
