Great selection of fragrances! I love that their 1 ml sample is a small sprayer and not a vial! That's a major plus. I had a leaky sample on my second order and I contacted customer service who immediately rectified the issue. This is a great website to order samples if you are experimenting with scent or for an avid scent lover who likes to smell everything, like myslef! Keep it up Scent decant! I've got more orders coming....

Great selection of samples. Fast delivery. Customer service was excellent. There was an issue where half my shipment did not arrive, however the company promptly corrected this error.

I was having issues with receiving mail at my address the parcel was returned to them before I could intercept them and give an updated address it was reshipped and then lost in shipping they went ahead and sent a new sample free of charge to my updated address very happy with the way they handled the situation will definitely be doing business with them again.

Had a lil mix up with my address contacted customer service and just like that issue was taking care of but the delivery time is quick with a great variety of some of the best scents this will definitely be my new spot

There was a mixup with my mailing address that resulted in a lost order. Customer service handled it seamlessly in a friendly professional matter. I love that I can try designer fragrances with little investment involved. I also like purchasing travel sizes that pack in much less space and I don't have to pack glass bottles. My husband has liked experimenting with men's fragrances and has found one he likes that he would not have tried if he had to purchase a big bottle. Their products are authentic and I would recommend ordering from this company.

The potency and freshness of the product were perfect. Some samples I’ve bought elsewhere are stale, old, and seem watered down, but not these. I also like the variety of sizes and prices available—an excellent way to sample and experiment without denting your wallet.

So my first order leaked and spoiled the whole order. When I reached out to ScentDecant about the the damages they immediately reached out and made it right. For this reason alone, I'll be a repeat customer. Would recommend.

Two of the vials arrived damaged, but they immediately resent the affected samples at no additional cost. The order was well packaged, with the vials tucked into a cute black pouch inside a bubble wrap envelope, and everything was just as expected. I am grateful for their excellent customer care. I bought 4 small vials with intent to buy a a big bottle of the one I liked. When the vials arrived, two came broken and emptied. I contacted customer support and they are sending me replacements. When a company takes care of their customers, they are rewarded with business. Thanks Scent Decant!

Scent Decant is absolutely awesome!!! Customer service is amazing. They ship quickly and answer questions promptly. The products are authentic and the prices are very good. The small samples are packaged and labeled well. I am so happy I found them online. This is my go-to for perfume samples because of the pricing, speed of processing orders, and customer service. Fast shipping and mindfully packaged. I ordered a sample of Hermes Un Jardin Sur Le Nil. I’m a big fan of Egyptian-inspired fragrances, and this one might be my new favorite. It’s a clean yet woody unisex fragrance that smells like a quiet, remote, luxury vacation. Will definitely put this on my Christmas list.

First time ordering from them. They have a couple of option that i haven't found in other sites. Plus the option of the 5 ml premium atomizer is on a great deal.
Have to say that my order was delaying more the usual than i thouht it will and when I reached to them they explain thatbthere was an error or something that misplaced my package. With no hesitation, they re-shipped the order at no cost. That says a lot from the company.
Since i am in Puerto Rico, i got the package in about 7 days, which is the usual time frame with other companies.
Definitely will keep doing business with them. Highly recommended.

I have ordered several times from here. I am on a journey to find some new scents and love this company. One time I did not receive my package (my local post misplaced it) and they even re sent me the order. Excellent customer service, very responsive and personal attention. I highly recommend this website to all my friends that want to try new perfumes. Such a helpful approach.

Scent Decant has the audacity to charge so much for these samples but give you absolute garbage atomizers. My entire order leaked, perfume in my mailbox, and even some samples came without a sprayer top! Absolutely insulting to charge so much and send your customers garbage. Their customer service was awful as well. They refuse to refund an order that basically went entirely to waste even with picture proof. So they charge premium prices, give you garbage product, and don't take accountability for defective items. These guys are terrible for the fragrance community and need to be shut down.
Buy samples from another company, like NorCal or FragrancesLine. They will give you way better quality, same prices and better customer service.

I ordered a handful of 1ml samples and one 5ml travel spray. There was a mixup when they were fulfilling my order so the 5ml was the wrong fragrance(which is annoying, but happens with everyone I've ordered from). The difference I experienced with Scent Decant was their incredibly prompt response and resolution to my situation. They turned what would have been a frustrating experience to a pleasant experience.
