Sweaters are awesome and I love that they are American made! Will definitely purchase from again!

This company is a fraud. I ordered 3 items. Two were too small and I wanted to exchange, and one I just wanted to return. They told me to keep all 3 and send them $18 to ship the new sizes. I told them they actually owed ME for what I wanted to return but they won't do that. I am out $144. Stay away!

Took a while to deliver but items are as described, fit well and are totally adorable. Would order again if not in a hurry.

Delivery took over a month, the product that arrived was very clearly made in China, not the USA as the site claims. Sweater was of low quality and was so short in the torso, only a child with adult length arms could have worn it. Tried to return the item and was only offered an $8 credit with no return (The order was $70 plus $14.99 shipping). Basically, this site appears to be a scam, stay away!

Ordered 2 sweaters. Took 3 weeks to get which raised my suspicions that they were made in US. Tag on sweater says Made in China. They are NOT the same as the sweaters in the photo. They are a much inferior quality and not as shown online. Be prepared for a bait & switch. I sent side by side photos to their customer service. They offered me a $7 credit. LOL. I’m still in the process of arguing with them. I really just wanted the nice looking sweaters from the photo ☹️

Update as of Feb 5, 2025…they are giving me a $38 credit. I am still bummed that the sweaters I received were not the ones they advertise.

These are cute sweaters and were true to size. However I thought they were coming from the USA and THEY WERE NOT. Made in CHina but isn’t everything. Very good quality though . I’m happy with them.

I purchased a top that was inserted into a category of sweaters on the website. I assumed it was a sweater but it’s a print on cheap synthetic fabric. When I tried to return it, they only offered me a small portion of the cost of the top. My fault for not reading more carefully. From now on, I will avoid such brands. Waste of money and it took a long time to receive it.

I ordered 2 sweaters. One of them was fine, and the other looked nothing like the picture. It was a striped long sleeve sweater and the colors and pattern were really different from what was pictured. I submitted a request for a return but I'm not sure what will happen. I don't find their return policy very reassuring.

Their return policy (copied/pasted) states:
Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request.And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered a month ago and have NOT received anything. I have reached out several times to their customer service email and heard nothing back!! This place is a scam. Don't waist your money.

The clothing is great. I love both items! However, it took almost **four weeks** from Ordering to delivery! So if you are in a hurry, this vendor is not for you. Tracking of shipment was useless- just said “in process” for more than a week, once I even got the tracking link, and the package showed up two days before the link said “delivered”.

Very easy to order. Descriptions were accurate. Love the two sweaters my husband ordered as a Christmas gift. Soft fabric and vibrant colors. Sizing is correct.

I hate to give them even one star. The sweaters I received look nothing like those I ordered. The shape color and quality are all wrong. Thin short wide, nothing like the pictures. Colors totally off. You can’t return. Not made in USA as advertised. I’m disputing the charge with my credit company. Total SCAM do not order with Sawull.

Well this company is totally bogus. I orderd 2 sweaters over 2 weeks ago and have not heard a word from anyone about shipping. What a scam, it will be a miracle if it shows up. Report to Better Business Bureau.

What I ordered and what I received are 2 completely different things. I will NEVER recommend this site.

The sweater multi-color sweater is really pretty and I like the fit. It's cheerful for this dreary winter. I was concerned that I couldn't find how to track the shipping, but it arrived. Also confused about the tag which talks about the brand, yet there's no identifying label on the garment.

I order a beautiful sweater and the product I received matched what I was expecting. Nice quality and timely delivery.
