Had to cancel a very old backorder. Sawblade.com worked with me to take care of processing a refund to a different credit card than what order was initially paid with due to a new card being issued on our end. The process was a bit outside of their normal routine, but they took care of it for me.
I was a bit disappointed in the lack of communication on their part regarding the back order since I had to do the follow up on my own. Overall, they took good care of us and responded fairly quickly to inquiries. Thanks

Customer service handled the fact that I received the wrong sawblades very well. They sent me two new blades to replace the errant ones. Very impressive.

The blade wizard for the Delta 28-276 saw gave the wrong blade length. I did not know this until I received the blades and they did not fit. Customer service quickly responded to my request and got the new blades built and shipped.

Excellent service. I had ordered wrong size bandsaw blade but SawBlade re-shipped the correct one. Not many companies, like SawBlade, provide true customer satisfaction. Thanks for your quality service.

Very happy to have purchased new bandsaw blades from this company and I feel foolish for not having changed my blades much sooner- what a difference! The product quality is excellent and the customer service was beyond my expectation when I asked for blade recommendations to use for my application. I also have their new bandsaw guide that I used with a ¼” blade and I can say that it was an easy set up on my 14” Jet. This item allows for much tighter curve sawing and is exponentially better than the block type guides that were original to the saw.

Ordering online was straightforward and efficient. Chat help readily available. Delivery was fast, packaging done right. Only wish they had included installation instructions that were a little more detailed than the link they provided upon request after taking delivery. Guides are well made and have improved my bandsaw.

I’m very happy with my purchase. I took a chance with a metal cutting blade that you recommended against and it works ok. The wood blades are excellent and work beautifully on my wood cutting Grizzly G0817.

Blades were delivered in a timely manner, were as described, and work well. What more could I ask?
