I had an overall positive experience with Savingology. I had ordered 2 hoverboard adapters and was sent the wrong item twice. However, I am giving them a positive rating despite the issues, because they did rectify it, and worked diligently with me to get the correct item finally sent. 4 stars due to no response when calling. Was always prompted to leave a VM and never got returned. For anyone else having issues- they seem to only respond to emails!

We received a different adapter than what was ordered. The one we received didn't fit. When I tried to return the item they wanted pictures of what we received and of what they sent. Then they claimed we received a higher quality than we ordered. I said it still doesn't work! Then they wanted more pictures!! Please save your money and order somewhere else!
What Customer Service?
Nonexistent Customer Service. No callback or communication at all after the sale. Sent the wrong overpriced item that was supposed to match my Power Supply and charged inflated shipping rate to top it off. They should be banned.

So Disappointed
So disappointed. We ordered 2 adaptors for a job. Total for the adaptors was $45.78 + tax + shipping, which was another $23.96, so the total was $75.56.
We received the wrong adaptors. We've called several times and they never call back. They only email and it takes a while to receive a response for each email we send. We have to email them a couple of times before they finally respond back. We have several email threads with them regarding this but the main point is that they will refund us the $75.56, if we return the item, at our expense. They made the mistake of sending us the wrong item, but we have to pay to send it back to them. Or they said they will refund us $50 and we keep the items, but whose to say they really will refund us, so we don't know what to do. If we keep and take the $25 loss, then what can we do with 2 adaptors that we don't need. And if we return and have to pay for the shipping, whose to say they will actually refund the $75.56 like they are saying. We are out money regardless and never received what we actually ordered and needed. What a waste of time and money! Very horrible way to treat people. I don't understand how this can be legal how they are running this business and what they are doing to people. Stay away from this company. It's not worth the hassle.

I have sent 3 return/replacement requests but heard nothing. Ordered a laptop charger and it works BUT at times, the adapter gets so I hot I can barely touch it and the power cord constantly falls out of the adapter. If I had read your reviews before purchasing, I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED FROM YOU. What a terrible way to do business and I used the term "business" lightly, more like ripoff.

Ordered a Samsung monitor power cable, paid overnight shipping ($60.85). Did not get the item until 5 days later - it was the wrong item (a partial Dell cable, not even a full dell power cable.) and it took three weeks to even get a resolution. I am now out $22.89 as they only refunded the shipping, not the item (I have no use for an incomplete dell power cord) - I would not suggest doing business with this company. They absolutely will steal your money and take their time doing it.

I ordered a rechargeable flashlight charger. The price was reasonable and delivery was faster than the competition. Searching the site for the correct model seemed straight forward. All the letters and numbers for the Stanley model i needed were in the product listing. The model I received was too small. Their customer service told me I ordered the wrong item but could return for a refund but would be charged a restocking fee. The freight cost alone would be more than the cost of the product. if I pay a restocking fee I lose money on the transaction. The web site should at least make clear that the extra letter on some models listed is essential to getting the correct item. I have seen on many sites where you see extra letters at the end of a listing that do not look like they change the product. The image looked correct and did not look like the model I received. I will keep the unusable charger and shop elsewhere. Terrible customer service and policies.

The item I received was incorrect. Initially, they agreed to let me keep the wrong item and refund my purchase price less shipping. I convinced them that they needed to refund the entire purchase price, which they did.
Be advised that the policy of this company is to not refund shipping if an incorrect item is received. They granted me an exception, which was the fair thing to do.

I wish I read these reviews before ordering from them. They sent me the totally wrong charger and blamed me for it. Then said that I’d have to pay for them to send the right one. They were trying to gaslight me the whole time. I even sent them pictures from their own website showing I ordered what I wanted and that THEY sent the wrong part. They did not make it right.

I ordered an adaptor for my digital piano. I matched the make and model. I received it and it did not fit the piano plug. I emailed customer service several times to return. I never got a response. I ordered 4 power supplies from savingsology.com. I only received two. The items did not work as described and I sent them back. Before I sent them back I request a shipping label. They refused to pay for return shipping. After a long battle through paypal. Savingsology agreed to return the full price.
