I needed help to build a Sauna in the garden
I spoke to Andrei who was very experienced in all aspects of my project
I purchased the wood and the Sauna stove These were delivered on time in perfect condition and the quality was outstanding
I say well done and thank you

We were complete novices. The guy from Sauna Timber helped us chose products and advice on quantity. We were nervous about spending so much money with a company that we weren’t familiar with. This guys was so trustworthy and helpful. We wouldn’t have been able to complete our sauna project without him. Thank you for all your help.

Website is very clear and easy to use. The people I spoke to (Andrei and Ivona) were informed helpful friendly and above all efficient. The product arrived in immaculate condition when they said it would arrive and was exactly as described. Would unreservedly recommend this company.

A clear website is backed up with friendly, helpful and informative replies to all our questions. Delivery and returns were also smoothly organised when we had to change our plans. A great company to work with, thank you.

Wonderful service, super helpful and quick delivery! Thank you so much!

I highly recommend this company they're a joy to do business with, which is rare these days.

Website was easy enough to navigate through and the customer service was amazing very helpful and very quick at responding. Product also really good.

Bought a substantial amount of timber from these guys, very helpful and near perfect delivery.

Helped and advised with sauna construction

Had an issue with the heater I bought from these guys but they promptly resolved.

Sauna timber has a lovely selection of accessories next to their timber products of course. The shipping costs matched the consignment (as this often isn't the case with small items) and was the deal maker.

Well priced, surprisingly quick deliver. No silly postage price

Very good products and responsive human service too

So pleased I found Sauna Timber while I was researching my DIY build. I spoke to them a couple of times and they were super helpful. Competitive on price and a good selection of components. Very quick to deliver and everything arrived as expected. 🎅

Great company, speedy delivery and alway great products.

The quality of the timber is trully amazing. Smooth surface, no splits, great colours. We ordered timber in alder and linden. The delivery was fast and on time. Timber was well wrapped in groups, so it was easy to check quantities against our order. We are a happy customer.

Iona was excellent informed me when the Sauna had arrived in stock. I Ordered on Friday and it was delivered first thing Monday. Thanks

Fantastic range of products and a user friendly web site, easy to navigate and manage. What also really impressed me was I recieved a personal phone call after the order was placed to explain and clarify a few important criteria’s on the products I ordered.
A second call allowing me an insight to their delivery protocols and after delivery further communication with recommendations on the safe care of the delivered product
Overall this is probably one of the best customer experiences I have had in a very long time, whilst other companies have shown apathy to my custom.

Great experience, helpful staff.
