Saudia Taxi Bewertungen

I used Saudi Taxi for my entire trip from Jeddah to Mecca, Mecca Ziyarat, Mecca to Madinah, Madinah Ziyarat and then drop to Airport.

The company has very prompt response in trying to plan my trip and amazing customer service team in dealing with my day to day commute.

Upon my request the company provided me with dedicated Captain who was extremely well mannered, knowledgable and hospitable. He has made our journey extremely enjoyable and seamless.

I have saved the numbers and inshallah will continue to use the company during my future visit.

Masha Allah overall experience was excellent ❤️ Everything went smoothly , perfecly without any problems .. We had the most comfortable journey we could imagine ☺️❤️ Masha Allah

I had very bad impression with one of your driver ID number 2547265393.he was very rude , no respect , he lied that he don't have card machine and forced me to give him ,and when i gave him cash he not return the balance amount 30 riyal when i ask he said go and complain where ever you want nothing will happen to me .

Professional service and friendly drivers. Fleet managers follow and check progress via WhatsApp

Good service, just need better communication with drivers so they don't have to ask us about passengers and passport no etc.

Brilliant, exceptional and convenient service.
Helpful Staff.
Highly recommended.

The customer service was excellent, especially from Usaid, who was a great help. The fleet manager, Rafique, and all the drivers were professional and very helpful. They arranged our entire trip—from Jeddah to Makkah, Makkah to Medina, and back to Jeddah—including some Ziyarahs in both cities, all at a very reasonable price.

I must also commend their punctuality—the drivers were always early, waiting for us, never the other way around. Very impressive!

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I will definitely use their services again in the future and highly recommend them.

Excellent service, punctual, clean vehicles and trustworthy drivers, especially considering I was travelling alone as a woman. Highly recommended.

They arranged our transport in Makkah and Madinah. It was a hustle free ride.

Car was very clean
Only downside was I requested an English speaking driver but the driver couldn’t speak English fortunately I speak Arabic.

Clean comfortable cars of all sizes. Experienced drivers. Price charged was fair per market standard.
Overall good experience. Go for it.
