horrible company, in the apartment building where I live, the insulation in the apartment buildings is very bad you can hear your neighbors when they make the slightest noise you can smell what they are cooking, even in the toilet you can smell the awful smell from the neighbor, there is no peace at all, they are always making noise, there are no quiet hours even at midnight, so as not to talk about heating that every year they lower it , while raising the rents to the heights, and my question to the company is these? why do the prices go up every year so high while the heating is turned down and why do we have to listen to what the neighbor is doing inside the house to put a vacuum cleaner or wash his dishes Or just watches TV,
this is very unfair since i get paid we should have the our peace and quiet and warmth at home.

Meillä ei ole ikinä rauhaa vaikka ollaan omassa asunnossa.
Kesällä ilmastoinnin korjaus on jatkanut 2 KUUKAUTTA. Se oli semmonen korjaajat tulee yleis avaimella klo 8-16.
Ja taas syksyllä sama homma,19.10-30.11 klo 8-16, ja koko ajan olen stressaantunut että joku voi tulla yleis avaimella yhtäkkiä.

Nyt 19.12 meille tulee lämpötilan laitteen asentaja klo 8-17.
Ja sitten WCn korjaus alkaa 14.12-ENSI VUONNA.

Eli puoli vuotta ollaan stressaantunut että joku tulee yleis avaimella.

We've been living in the apartment and we report to then that there's someone who's stealing clothes in the drying room. They said they don't have anything to do with it and just report it to the police. They didn't even find any prevention, like installing cctv along the hallway or common areas. Yesterday, i found out that there's something missing inside the varasto(storage room), that's beyond our thinking that someone would steal even if there's lock. I don't feel safe living anymore in here and planning to move to another home. SATO don't even care, atleast they should. That's so sad living here in Europe nothing happened like that to me but only in Finland i found out there's a thief.

Disgusting scammers. I lived in one of their rentals for over a year, I requested a missing kitchen asset over 2 times and they said they will send somebody, they never sent anyone. When I left me and 2 friends of mine cleaned for over 18 hours, the apartment was polished and week later I received a bill for 300 euros that they did cleaning. When I contacted the customer support I came to realization that I am talking to people with toddler’s brain capacity and they had no common sense, after I sent them videos of how clean I left the house, they said the videos were mot working

Worst experience ever. Doesn’t care about tenants, doesn’t care who lives in their buildings (shady people and high tenant rotation), can’t enforce non smoking rules. When I moved out, they charged ~300€ for dirty bathroom floor/shower glass and missing ceiling outlet. Both tasks would take max 10 minutes to fix and outlet costs 5€ in stores.
Never again SATO.

Oli vuoden ajaksi tehty vuokrasoppari ja häätö tuli ensimmäisestä varoituksesta 3kk asumisen jälkeen, vaikka varoituksella ei ollut mitään perustetta. Väittivät että metelöin öisin, vaikka olen perheenäiti joka menee nukkumaan jo klo 22. Poismuuton jälkeen lähettivät jättilaskun, koska halusivat remontoida kämppää. Asunto oli valmiiksi huonossa kunnossa, kun sinne muutin ja laittoivat kaiken minun syyksi. Väittivät että asunto piti tyhjentää, vaikka asunto oli täysin tyhjä, mitään kuvia ei tullut pyynnöistä huolimatta perusteena laskulle. Älkää ikinä muuttako tähän firmaan.

Horrible company. Outrageous prices. Be extra mindful when performing the final cleaning and request yourself to be present when these scammers perform the check up so that you will have a chance to clean up yourself. Otherwise be prepared to pay a pretty penny for the clean up SATO commissions. After current lease expires, I will never return to this company.

Worst rental experience that I had so far.
I lived in on of this company apartment for 2 years, made several companies about loud neighbours, without getting anything done for more than a year.
So I moved out from that apartment, but I got an invoice for a storage place which was found full of stuff, stuff that was not mine... When I tried to call them, they are not answering, on the chat they are saying that we have to speak through email this kind of problems, but they are not answering there neither. All I received from them is "The case is closed" so that's mean that I have to pay without any explanation.
So I had to pay it till I'll figure out what I can do next.
I have some friends that had similar problems when they moved out from Sato... Some extra bills...

Kyllähän se niin on, että näistä isoista vuokranantajista Sato on ehdottomasti pahnanpohjimmainen, paskoista paskin. Olen harmikseni joutunut asumaan useammassa eri Saton asunnossa vuosien ajan, joten tiedän mistä puhun.
Saton asunnoissa hinta ja laatu eivät koskaan kohtaa. Joko asunnot ovat rapistuneita vanhoja murjuja joita tekohengitetään ennen purkupäätöstä, ylihintaisia huonolaatuisilla tarvikkeilla remontoituja mutta silti vanhoja taloja, taikka vielä kalliimpia uusia nykyisillä pienihuoneisilla standardeilla rakennettuja koirankoppeja.
Kiinteistöjen hoito on Saton asunnoissa täysin retuperällä. Talojen hissit ovat hajalla vähintään muutaman kuukauden välein, rappujen valokatkaisimet ovat hajalla, roskiskatokset vilisevät rottia ja roska-astioille saa kahlata polveen saakka yltävien epämääräisten roskaläjien poikki joiden alla on ties mitä limoittunutta jätetettä. Näistä saa olla huomauttalemassa muutaman viikon välein, niin pitkään kuin kukin jaksaa uskoa että asian tilaan voisi jotenkin vaikuttaa. Mitään pysyvää muutosta on kuitenkin turha odottaa.
Kun se onnellinen päivä koittaa että Saton asunnosta pääsee muuttamaan pois, kannattaa olla tarkkana ettei muuttosiivouksen tms. varjolla yritetä laskuttaa vuokranantajalle kuuluvia asunnon ylläpitoon ja korjaukseen liittyviä kuluja. Ilmeisesti Sato tätä yrittää hyvin herkästi tehdä - koettu tämäkin valitettavasti omakohtaisesti.
Jos jotain positiivista Saton asunnoista yrittää hakea, niin niitä on ainakin aina helposti saatavilla. Tosin sekin on ymmärrettävää sikäli, että jokainen Saton ja sen asunnot tunteva valitsee taatusti minkä tahansa muun ennen Satoa.

Itse asunut nyt 13kk kohta Sato:n asunnossa Laajalahdessa. Kun muutin asuntoon niin puuttui luvattu astianpesukone, sekä leikkuulaudat oli täynnä taikinaa ja tomaattisosetta jne. Parveke kuin siellä olisi ollut spurguja, ja lisäksi muuta pienempää. Kaikki tämä saatiin korjattua kun asiasta ilmoitin. Kuitenkaan asuntoa ei oltu siivottu selkeästi.

Yläkerran asukas tömistelee ihan innoissaan ja kiljuu jne aikalailla puolet päivästä ja yöhön. Vikan kerroksen U-H Rakennus Virolaiset asukkaat ovat täysin juoppoja, ketkä meluavat niin että täällä kaksi kerrosta alempana ei voi nukkua usein läpi yön. Poliisit on tullut soitettua useamman kerran kummallekin naapurille melusta.

Asuminen ollut täyttä stressiä ja lapsia ahdistaa tulla tänne viikonloppuisin. Viimeksi lapsia pelotti niin paljon yläkerran tyypin aivan tahallinen heidän lattian eli meidän katon hakkaaminen, että taas poliisit piti soittaa paikalle. Viime yönä taas kyseiset U-H Rakennus Virolaiset juopot riehui 3 asti yöllä. Aamu 7 taas yläkerran tyyppi ja sen skidi alotti huutelun ja tömistelemisen. Nukkuminen 4 tuntia hikisesti.

Saton omien edustajien mukaan he eivät voi häätää ketään tai purkaa vuokrasopimusta (niin kauan kuin asukas maksaa vuokran ja ei ole asuntoa hajottamassa tms)… ja poliisi sanoo, että on isänöitsijän vastuulla ja isänöitsijä sanoo ettei voi ketään häätää.

Ratkaisuna minulle tällä viikolla ehdotettiin uutta asuntoa seuraavasta rapusta, mutta se olisi hullujen Virolaisten juoppojen seinänaapurina oleminen. Joksenkin ironista. Kyseiset ihmiset on kaksi kertaa kuussa viemässä lähi alepaan muutaman mustan jätesäkin verran tyhjiä alkoholi pulloja ja tölkkejä. Jos tämä selittää heidän elämäntavan.

Jos muutat Sato asuntoon niin jotain kättä pitempää kannattaa ostaa turvallisuuden takaamiseksi. Nä virolaiset ollut sammuneita rappukäytävälle ja minun oven edellä koppa kova viinan kanssa ollut hengailemassa ja räyhäämässä verisenä. Näistä on itsellä videota ja kuvia todisteeksi.

Pointi, että jos sinulla on toinen vaihtoehto, niin älä muuta Sato asuntoon. Jos sinulla ei ole toista vaihtoehtoa, niin tervetuloa ghettoon. Häiriöilmoitusten teko on vaan ajan haaskausta, sillä tuli selville ettei he ketään häädä.

Ei ole rauhallista asua ja joksenkin turvaton myös. Isänöitsijä ei häädä ketään toistuvista häiriköinneista, ja poliisi on pikavalikossa tässä vaiheessa. Tervetuloa Sato asuntoon. 👍

Yläkerran abaro naapuri kävi jostain melusta valittamassa viime perjantaina. Joku jossain asunnossa kai laittoi taulun seinään tms, ja hetken vasaralla tms hakkasi. No tä yläkerran kaveri tuli sitten minun ovelle esittämään laittoman uhkauksen, että hän ensi kerralla rikkoo minun suun. Rikosilmoitus tästä on tehty, ja videolla on hänen laiton uhkaus, mutta sato ei häntä ole häätänyt tai edes siirtänyt. Olen tälle rikolliselle hakemassa lähestymiskieltoa lisäksi, koska satoa ei kiinosta asukkaiden turvallisuus.

I had the misfortune of renting from this housing company and it was an absolute nightmare. The house they provided was in a constant state of disrepair, with broken appliances and fixtures. To make matters worse, they lied about the condition of the property before I moved in. On top of all of this, I was hit with exorbitant bills for seemingly minor issues. This company is one of the worst I have ever encountered in my life and their unethical practices and lack of regard for their tenants is pure evil.

Firma yrittää teettää normaalista kulumisesta aiheutuneita remontteja entisellä asukkaalla, joka on asunut kohteessa nelisen kuukautta. Lopputarkastuksen jälkeen kummallisesti löytyi ongelmia, joista saatiin tieto lähetettyä vasta puolitoista kuukautta poismuuton jälkeen. Ilmeisesti kokeillaan kepillä jäätä, josko iäkäs asukki olisi tarpeeksi pölhö maksaakseen tai ilman avustajia.
Sopimuksen solmimisvaiheessa sai erikseen pyytää ohjeita, koska asiakaspalvelulle ei tullut mieleen, ettei kaikilla ole vuokra-asumistaustaa. Kaikki linkit ohjeistuksiin eivät toimineet. Sopimuksesta ei ole lähetetty kopiota edunvalvojalle kuukausien jälkeen useista pyynnöistä huolimatta.

I really think SATO provides amazing service, all lf the staff is really friendly, kind, professional and helpful. If some issue occurs they solve it right away (I sent in the evening report about damage in tve apartment, tomorrow morning, around 11 they came and fixed it).

Todella rauhattomia taloa ja asuntoja. Äänieristys (1-10) tasolla 3. Pyydettiin n. viikkoa ennen muuttoamme Satoa selvittämään meille meidän häkkivaraston numeron, jotta saadaan se tyhjennettyä mikäli siellä olisi tavaraa vaikka ei sitä koskaan oltu käytettykään.

Eivät koskaan meille ilmoittaneet mitään ja nyt laittoivat meille 2 vkoa muuton jälkeen 200€ laskun sen tyhjentämisestä. Reklamoin jo laskun ja vien asian kuluttaja-asiamiehelle ja siitä eteenpäin.

Itse kun muutin ko. asuntoon ei siellä oltu loppusiivousta tehty ja Sato lupasi laittaa laskun edelliselle asukkaalle ja varmasti tekivätkin. Pitivät rahat ja minä jouduin siivoamaan itse ilman mitään hyvitystä. Asuntotarkastajakin myönsi minulle että on toimittu silloin minua kohtaan väärin.

Kaiken lisäksi vuokrauksen aikana tulivat yleisavaimella 2x luvatta asuntoon ilmoittamatta ja syy oli että kuulemma menneet asuntonumeroiden kanssa sekaisin. Ensimmäisellä kerralla roudaavat kameroita sisään asunnon kuvaamista varten ja pyydän Sadon henkilöä poistumaan välittömästi. Toisella kerralla vaimo soittaa paniikissa, että joku mies tuli asuntoon. Vasta hirveän väittelyn jälkeen suostuivat hommaamaan meille turvaketjun, jolla saadaan pidettyä ovi varmasti lukossa.

Todella epämiellyttävä vuokranantaja. Jos voisin antaa 0 tähteä niin antaisin.

bad company .... bad experience, not recommend

One of the worse place to stay in Finland. Here are the pros and cons:
Pros:
-The give you apartment easily.

Cons:
-Apartments are very expensive than other companies
-They will take away security deposit if you decide to leave the apartment in less than a year.
-They will stall giving your security deposit back and might give after few months of leaving the apartment.

sato oy one of most crap and scam company ever in finland .try to take money from kela and claim them by lie ,they say customer not cleaning so they can get 200-250 euro after tenant has release or if custmer has paid deposit they wanna get that money also even its i left it with supper clean very good condition .been sato fraud for people in finland not legal in finland .not recomended .be ware and carefull

Talot ovat rauhattomia ja asiakaspalvelu hidasta tai olematonta. En suosittele!

Sato is the worst place for anyone to rent. Do consider any other facility. The neighbourhood is low in quality and other tenants have absolutely no respect for the people living in the same building. Specifically, do not rent at the Niinikuja 3A8 building. The tenants have ruined the common washing room with their pets' filth and reek the whole floor up with their old carpets washing.

The building is almost impossible to look at inside. The floors are messed up and no attention has been paid to it. The building is always dirty and furnitures of the other tenants are left unattended for weeks downstair, leaving no room to walk around. It almost looks like an old showroom, the one that no one cares about.

The walls are not soundproof. Inside our apartment, we can hear other tenants going to the toilet and doing their deeds. The tenants above are always dropping stuff at night and wake us up during our sleep, constantly. When reaching out to Sato customer service about any issues whatsoever, the process is way too long, too many redundant steps, too many people to talk to, to contact, for the most basic issues, and always lead to no solution. The only solution right now is to either move out, or live with our un-satisfaction. We are determined to take on the first option.

Very bad company, I have rented an apartment in Tampere, the manager named M.K. has claimed that I was smoking and sent me a warning letter from the court!! What!! I never smoked in my life!! The same person also charged me with a big fine for silly reasons after leaving the apartment, I paid 1280 euros, so please be very careful. One of the fines was 270 euros for not removing some dots of dirt in three pictures they sent me when I asked for the reason. You will not believe it when you see the pictures.I cleaned the apartment perfectly that she didn’t find anything to charge me with!! but she was a bad person, the customer service also was not helping me and defending her, I tried to talk to her but she was a rude person, yelling and not respecting me, racist perhaps. Very disappointed and will never deal or rent anything from Sato. End
