The installation technician was punctual, and friendly. He explained fully where he was installing my starlink, and why it was the best place. He worked efficiently and cleared up after himself. He was excellent.

The installer came on time and told us what options we had for installing Starlink, we chose to have it at the back of the house which was tricky but he completed it neatly and tidied up too. The cable coming into the house is not obvious and much neater than I expected so brilliant work.

The on-site engineer was in constant communication prior to the Installation date.

On the day, the work was carried out diligently and swift, the Internet signal has not dropped once.

Would highly recommend this team.

really happy with service from Sat-Works - friendly and efficient engineer and used drill hole where TV ariel had gone in to keep external wall nice and neat - only reason it is not 5 stars is beacuse I was charged starlink subscription before it was up and running - probably not a lot that Sat-works could have done about this

Engineer was so helpful and experienced that he instantly recommended where to place the dish. Tried his hardest to save me buying an extra cable. Made sure it was easy to understand and did a very neat and tidy install. A really good experience!

From the first contact to the successful installation of my Starlink system, sat-works could not have been anymore professional and courteous.

Both the office and the engineers could not have been more helpful after DHL made a mess of delivery. If you are unsure if you should book an instillation, or do the job yourself, then I recommend booking the engineer. I even have all the tools necessary, but I would not have made as good a job of it as these guys did.

Asked for advice when they turned up, gave great information and installation was quick, no fuss
