1-Star Review — Very Disappointing Experience

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sassy Nails.

I purchased a product from Sassy Nails and later discovered that I had apparently been enrolled in a subscription. I was not expecting to be receiving ongoing shipments, and trying to understand and cancel the subscription has been unnecessarily difficult.

I am now trying to return the package and have learned that I have to pay to ship a very small package all the way back to the United Kingdom. The package weighs only about 3 ounces, yet the international return postage is approximately $22.

What is especially frustrating is the amount of time and effort I have had to spend trying to get this situation resolved. A simple purchase should not turn into a complicated process involving an unwanted subscription, cancellation problems, and expensive international return shipping.

I am posting this review because I want other customers to be aware of the subscription and return requirements before placing an order. Read the terms very carefully and make sure you understand whether you are signing up for recurring shipments.

My experience has been frustrating and costly, and based on this experience, I would not recommend Sassy Nails.

0 stars. $250 worth of items were ordered in July 2026. These items have not been received. Tracking shows they are in Dallas. No customer service response to any of the multiple emails I have sent to follow up on shipping, tracking, and delivery issues that are being experienced. Using the listed contact email on their website, but no replies, no refund. I am amazed by the lack of communication over the three month period and causes me to question their legitimacy as a company.

e-mails ni nada no hay forma de contactarlos, si no quieres perder el dinero y tener que cambiar tu tarjeta de crédito por si te vuelven a roban, ni se os ocurra comprar aquí!!!!

Realizada una compra on line en Sassy Lux NO se ha echo entrega del objeto. Han pasado tres meses desde la compra y tras múltiples reclamaciones sin respuesta, lo único que que tengo claro es que esta empresa se dedica al robo mediante la estafa .

El día 23 de febrero hice un pedido a Sassylux que se pagó.
Después de varios correos electrónicos reclamando la entrega del pedido, pues a día de hoy 10 de abril no lo tengo.
En el seguimiento de la página me dice que ya está entregado. Todo es mentira.
Son unos estafadores.

Después de ciento de correos electrónicos reclamando la entrega del pedido, pues a día de hoy 17 de marzo no lo tengo.
En el seguimiento de la página me dice que ya está entregado, una mentira que nadie me contesta a las reclamaciones que he puesto en su correo electrónico.
Que estafadores son.

Same issue. It’s been 1 month and no email, no replies to my multiple emails sent. Trying to track and get an error message saying the tracking provider has internet issues. I have received this message several times when trying to track.

BEWARE....AVOID .....I placed an order for items a month ago and have heard nothing since. Customer Service doesn't seem to exist,.Attempted to contact them on numerous occasions. Emails just seem to get returned. No reply on Facebook page..Beginning to think this is a scam company. 😞

I worked with them in good faith to return an item and order an exchange. Total for these items is $75.74. They asked me to "give" the items to friends and they would reimburse me $20.

This store totally ripoff!! Me and my girlfriend spend over $950 for jeans next day we saw everything on sale in different store on Black Friday my girlfriend called the store to see if we can return or if they can give even small discount
The person got on the phone she would talk the store owner (Terry) she never got back to us never called or respond
Terrible customer service. We like to support small business but not thus type place.
Total ripe off!!
