If I could give 0 stars, I would. As others said, avoid.
Same as others: order took weeks to arrive, quality was cheap and very different from photos. When I emailed to return, I was ignored.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Delivery took ages. Emails were responded to when messaged about delivery but no other emails have been. Dress which was delivered was not the dress ordered or advertised. It was similar but a much cheaper option which is not even wearable. When emailed about this no emails have been replied to. Return starts at £20. DO NOT USE

I ordered a dress arrived sub standard very cheap material didn’t look like the picture. Tried to get a refund offered me £7 out of £35 or send it to China for a full refund. When buying looks like it’s a UK company. Complete scam and won’t answer my emails anymore!! Avoid at all costs.

This company is a fraud. I have been scammed by them. I purchased a dress from them and never received. I have emailed them and no reply.

I am at present trying without success to get a refund for 3 dresses which are poor quality far too big and nothing like the photos on the website. So far I have been offered a 30% refund which is unacceptable. Furthermore the goods have to be returned at my expense to China which will be expensive and, with their Customs regs more cost could be applied or the goods would not arrive at all. Do not buy from this website. I will update if I get a satisfactory resolution.

Jacket took weeks to arrive, didn't even bother trying on, quality was absolutely diabolical and didn't match advertised at all!! Tried to return straight away, emailed several times as stated for return details, NO response and no refund! need reporting to trading standards! AVOID!!

Poor quality dress and bad sizing. Although the site states you can contact them immediately with problems and refunds made if the item is returned within 30 days, I have had no reply in spite of contacting them 3 times. Dreadful service and I am now considering contacting the Ombudsman.

Zero score if could. Tried to return item sent numerous emails tried to call them number is for another company called sarah louise who receive daily calls from people trying to contact sarah and louise. They sell cheap and nasty items made in China. What a scam.

Do not order from these, they are a terrible company! Ordered and paid for 2 dresses on the 20th April - they never arrived! Despite me contacting them on 5 seperate accassions to find out whats happened, and latterly to ask for a refund, as the event i purchased them for has passed. With the exception of 1 instant reply assuring me the items would arrive soon, they have failed to respond to me, or to communicate with me in any way!! Appauling customer experience and im now out of pocket with no items!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. The items I ordered were not as described, poor quality and one didn't even have the hem finished off. Took about 3 weeks to arrive. After I ordered I found a similar dress on another site with a different name which made me suspicious and I tried to cancel the order which it said you could do within 6 hours but when contacting them they said it was an hour as they were already processing the order. I contacted my credit card company and made them aware and they told me to arrange a charge back if I wasn't happy with the item or the service and suggest everyone does the same. I've tried contacting them 3 times without response, surprise, surprise. Shocking how people can get away with this and still be advertising, changing their Ts and Cs as they go along. AVOID AND SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Just adding my voice to this. My order was horribly late and terrible quality, with zero response from the retailer. Went through my credit card in the end for a refund.

Do not buy anything from this company it is a scam the quality is rubbish and they then ignore your messages when trying to return the goods.

I bought two dresses. One is absolutely tiny despite them being the same size on the label. I have emailed customer services three times over three weeks trying to return and they have ignored me.

The quality of the dresses is poor and it took weeks for them to receive.

Avoid at all costs.

PLEASE IGNORE the 1 star - it wouldn’t let me give them MINUS stars. Sarah & Louise.com took my money - sent the items I ordered but they quality it complete rubbish and 1 item didn’t have a wash care label but the fabrics are a fire hazard!!!!! Cheap and nasty!! I have contacted them almost daily since I got my delivery as I want to return the order BUT have not had any response from them whatsoever! I would urge anyone considering purchasing from this awful company - DON’T DO IT! I’ve learned my lesson. Read reviews before you buy !!!!

Gave one star as no option to give none. Absolutely awful. Cheap material sizing all wrong. States it’s a London boutique but shipping international and returns cost a fortune. Totally false advertising. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful. Don't use this company. I ordered a dress and 2 tops. The items eventually arrived...! They were cheap and nasty and not at all as advertised. The company offered to give me a 20% refund if I kept the items. Alternatively I would have to pay, to return them to China! I emailed back to complain further, and to ask for a more reasonable resolution. This company have not relpied to my emails yet and not have I has any refund or even a part refund! The site gives the illusion that it is in the UK and it is reputable. It is not! Avoid at all costs. Rubbish clothes and rubbish customer service.

Misleading name and website, gives the impression of a shop in London, that doesn't exist.
Poor quality clothing, the dress I ordered looked nothing like the picture, was poor quality, with minimum fabric as possible used.
No returns label in the package, with no response to emails so unable to return. Will follow up with my credit card company.
Please save your well earned cash and avoid buying anything from here.

The company do not reply to emails and honour their refund policy. It’s absolutely disgusting. Do not buy from their website!!!
