Statement Piece - Built different

Got the Ocean Blue Moissanite bracelet and chain, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Clean, sharp, and stands out without trying too hard. The stones hit under the light and the ocean blue detailing gives it a unique edge.

You can feel the weight and quality straight out of the box. It doesn’t feel cheap, it feels noticeably high end . Worn it out a few times already and already a lot of people have asked me where I got it from.

Sant Leclère nailed it with this one.

Don’t waste your money!

Absolutely no Customer Service. Unwilling to work with me in anyway with the issues I had and now I’m out almost $500 for a chain I can’t even wear. Don’t waste your money!

Don’t waste your money!

The necklace flips backwards when you wear it, no matter what size you get and the engraving is not what you think. They paint it on the clasp in very tiny letters that you cannot even see. Then they use that as a reason to call it custom and not do a return or exchange. I wasted $450! Do not waste your money!

As clearly stated in our return policy, custom-made and engraved items are not eligible for return. This policy exists because these pieces are handcrafted specifically for each client and cannot be resold. You acknowledged and agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Still have not received my package and the company completely messed up my shipping and tracking numbers. I’ve contacted support 3 times with no help whatsoever on getting the item that I ordered - place seems like an absolute scam.

This material is very bad

This material is very bad. Only the early delivery was noteworthy.
Overpriced by 90% increase, the gems started falling out of the necklace in a period not exceeding one month of use, this is a fraudulent site that steals money, and does not give anything worthwhile in return, a more than bad experience, and fraud through online purchase
