It email me stating missing information need to fix it but I can not find the reason or it is not showing what to fix

My third time buying here and has been great, received the products that I expected and a great customer service support. This last time I had and issue with a product that got damaged in transportation and customer service made sure to find a solution to it via email.

The products I received were beautiful. Unfortunately, they broke during shipping but giftlab was generous enough to redo my order. Can’t wait to see the new product arrive!

The product was delivered exactly as ordered and extremely fast. At first I had trouble making it work but it was a user error. The customer service was very quick, friendly, professional and helpful. The problem was solved immediately and they made sure I was satisfied.

I received this as a gift and it is a very unique personal gift. I smile every time I look at it and it is a great conversation piece.

The products arrived exactly on time ie on Father’s Day, even though I had been cutting it fine.

Service was excellent and personal when I wanted to clarify a few details after putting the order in.
