Delivery times inaccurate
Dear Santafixie Customer Service,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my order.
The order was placed on 7 April with an advertised delivery timeframe of 6–7 business days (expected by 15–16 April). However, the item was not delivered until 24 April, significantly outside the agreed timeframe.
In addition, the parcel was not dispatched within the expected period, and my previous emails requesting assistance and a refund of the delivery charge were not responded to.
While I have now received the goods, the delivery service paid for (£5.99) was not provided as agreed.
I am therefore requesting a refund of the delivery charge.
If I do not receive a response within 7 days, I will consider further action, including a formal complaint via the European Consumer Centre.

Everything is not ok with my order
I normally wouldn’t have gone this route but because I received an email asking if everything was okay with my order and was prompted to leave a “(good)” review, here I am.
I placed an order on the 9th of April with a 48-72 hour shipping time displayed on the Santa Fixe website, but it is currently the 30th of April and my order hasn’t even shipped. I’ve reached out more than once requesting an update and have either been told my order is still processing or that they’d get back to me with more information.
I understand that shipping delays happen and would normally have the utmost patience in a situation such as this one, but 3 weeks with no update is pretty ridiculous.
Do not use
Do not use. Terrible would be an understatement. Over a month, still hasn’t arrived. I’ve had every excuse under the sun for delay. Lost stock, delays, stolen truck at one point! Asked for a refund which was agreed and then hasn’t been processed. When I follow up another week before replying and say won’t process as they have since said they are expected stock and will send ASAP. Still nothing. Do not use.

I had never heard of this retailer before probably because it's a Spanish company but I had no problems. It took a little longer to arrive than expected, possibly because they send orders from Spain. It wasn't an issue for me but might be if you need a part to be delivered quickly. It came as described on the website and was nicely packaged and protected in bubble wrap. I would recommend based upon my experience and would definitely use again.
Avoid if in a hurry
Ordered two items 8days ago, both were showing as in stock. They haven’t even been shipped yet.
Dropshippers
I highly suspect Santafixie are dropshippers - they don't hold inventory of any of the bikes/components/parts you buy - hence why they have very little control over quality and delivery/shipping speed. I ordered a Dosnoventa seat post, santafixie being the only site that had it 'in stock' apart from actual Dosnoventa (in Tokyo) - so i suspect they just ordered it from Japan then sent it on from Barcelona - My order took about six weeks to finally reach me. Communication over this time was limited, and not overly helpful. Prices are competitive but I won't be using them again, it's not worth the stress

I was looking for a fold up bike to replace a stolen one and got a Dahon Mariner D8 via Santafixie. Just what I wanted . Came quickly. Tracking was easy. Was well packaged and undamaged. Very pleased.

My review of an invisible item
I was sent an email to ask for a review for my recent order. The same order that I tried and tried to get some tracking info. The same order that I eventually received a reply to my emails which stated that there was a stock error and they didn’t actually have it! The same order that they cancelled without consulting me. Ah that one! Yeah the best invisible item I’ve ever bought.

Ordered item 3 weeks ago (16th January) and still nothing. It got picked up by GLS on the 22nd January supposedly (now 7th February) and that was the last update apart from getting asked to write a "good" review for the company. Feel like I've just been scammed like numerous others, wish I'd read these reviews first.
Avoid!!!
Avoid. You may save few quid but it ain't worth stress and hassle. Its been nearly 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. Tracking no they gave me doesn't work. And customer service contact email only allows you to talk to very unhelpful bot. Shocking experience

Arrived way too late. When I tried to cancel the order because I had to buy elsewhere due to the delay, there was no customer support and it arrived anyway. I was told to return the product at my own expense. Shocking customer service - would never order from Santafixie again

I have ordered twice from Santafixie, and the first time, delivery took far longer than what was indicated on the website. I ordered again to give it another chance, maybe I was just unlucky. However I will not be ordering from them again. I placed my order over 6 weeks ago, and still have not received my it.

Items ordered, money taken but nothing delivered. No contact made and I had to reach out to ask for my money back. Took 5 days for them to respond to my request. Product never received.

Waited a month for parts to arrive and still waiting, will not be using this company again, I have had two customers bikes in my workshop now for a month waiting on parts from this company, giving me a bad name, now trying to get a refund or replacement parts sent to me.
