Father Xmas Canterbury Ashley the booking agent was excellent
Ashley the booking agent was excellent. Listened, polite, cheerful,informative, kept in touch on times/days promised & was really patient even when my holiday parameters changed.
Nothing that I asked her to find out was too much.
She eventually found me the holiday with the company I wanted despite them telling me they had sold out.
At the hotel I requested.
I did have to make a couple of changes to dates & airports but the ability to take my grandson to see Father Xmas in Luosto this December with Canterbury was worth it.
I had taken this holiday 33 years ago & wanted to give grandson an experience similar to that enjoyed by his Mum.

We were mis sold a holday by the travel…
We were mis sold a holday by the travel agent benjamin, whendiscussing the trip we made it very clear we were booking it for the forest tour on snowmobilbles this n3ver happened we wanted a tour through the forest we the whole famoly the only snow mobile expierence we had was our children riding on tied to a tree not fit for propose for a 9 year old and not acvomadating the adults at all. The accoundation was equalliant to that of the 1970's. No repes at the accomadation when we had been ruzh ed into every activity and still awaiting the snowmobile trip no one was there to discuss. We were offered a last minute excusions which conflicted with the festive meal, which we diclined as would of runined the childrens festive meal. The manager confir.ed we had been mis sold by the agent and offered 240 in compensation no inteniary sent even though requested numerous of times and promised by tge senior manager Moya that Ross would call us this never happened. They offer us a mere 240 compensation for a hoilday that was an absolute sambles. Avoid this company 100% terrible custome serive and their agents lie to get your money.

Kira was so friendly and helpful as was every other team member we spoke to. We called in a panic after having our holiday with Tui cancelled last minute and kira did her best to find us an alternative. What we booked through Santa Claus trips ended up being much better than what we had originally booked with far superior customer service. All the little details were perfect like the welcome pack and Santa letters.

This trip was amazing
This trip was amazing. We booked it last minute and the agent couldn’t have been more helpful. The moment we arrived at the airport from the minute we stepped off the coach it was a magical experience. From the star on the coach, the songs, the stops, the activities- it was all like a well oiled machine with so much happiness and laughter thrown in. We did reindeer and husky sleigh rides, Mrs Claus work shop, post office…. Accommodation and food wasn’t 5* but ok. What a memorable trip - I have raved about it to everyone I know - we are still on cloud 9. Would highly recommend.
