I have four pairs of these trainers. They are beautifully made, incredibly comfy and sure to attract complements, even from hyper picky young relatives!

I love this brand. Originally attracted by reading how comfortable they are, I am now on my third pair ( over a few years now).
You can go on holiday with them and not pack any other shoes. They look stylish with a dress and just the job with a range of jean lengths.
In general I am mistrusting of buying on line but made an exception with them first time around and so glad I did.
They send out an immediate confirmation and arrive in literally the next day or so.
Finally I don’t usually bother with reviews either but have done this one because they are exceptional.

Great customer service too

The platform Gaia sneakers are a major staple in many of my outfits. They’re my go to for an elevated casual look with guaranteed all day comfort. I’m obsessed with them. If anything, I want 30x more colors and styles. They hold up super well over time too. Going on two years of frequent wear and they still look and feel excellent. To quote Britney “give me, give me more”.

The sole of my San Matin shoes were peeling away from the base after two wears. I reached out to customer service and heard nothing. A month later the inside of the shoes are ripping. I’ve tried to write a review but they never send a confirmation to my email confirming I bought them. Probably because it’s one star. Save your $200

A couple of years ago, my rating was 5*. The trainers were amazing quality, looked great and the customer service was good. I had the Gaia and Olympus shoes, and was gifted more in these ranges by others because I loved them so much. However, my most recent purchase of the Hera trainers has been terrible - bad enough to knock two stars off. I only wore them recently after having them sit in the box for a while, and they started to become worse for wear after just one week. I gently cleaned them with the proper and correct cleaning products, and they have practically fallen apart. They look tatty, frayed, misshapen and old. I don’t know if, in the last year or so, the quality of all the shoes has dropped, or whether it’s just the Hera range that’s a bad exception, but for the price of all the trainers at Sans Matin, I won’t risk buying any more. Which is a shame because I once thought I’d found my holy grail of trainers and I really love the company.

I ordered my sneakers but quickly realized I had neglected to include my discount code and made a mistake on my shipping address! I emailed customer service, and quickly received a response correcting my ship to info, and the next day received the credit for the amount of my discount code! Smooth and efficient customer service! This was my first purchase, but it will not be my last. Thank you!

Superb customer service, I run between sizes so had to exchange for a size up and the process was amazing. So easy, incredibly quick best I’ve experienced from any company. The trainers are beautiful, the fabrics are so soft and the colours are great, very good quality. Comfortable straight out of the box. They came well packaged. All in all a superb experience.

I love these trainers and they fit me surprisingly well considering I’m a size 6 and a half but the 39 is perfect. They can feel a bit stiff in the beginning but very quickly they comfortably mould to your feet regardless of width.
Over a while I have bought several versions of these Gaia Sans Martin trainers, all of which have been made to the same meticulous standard, beautifully packaged and delivered as stated on their website. They’re so comfortable that I pretty much live in them. To get a pair at a sale price is the icing on the cake and I have everything crossed that they are never going to be discontinued.BTW, their customer service matches their products - top notch five stars.

I really love the style of the Sans Matin shoe. I struggled a little bit to find the right style to fit my narrow foot, and Tsholo was so supportive helping me find the right shoe that was a good fit, making sure it all happened quickly in time for a trip. The shoes are super comfortable and very high quality (if you have narrow feet like me the Heras might work better than Olympus). The customer service is absolutely top notch!!

I have to remind myself that I’m not in fact wearing a pair of bedroom slippers, such is the level of comfort…. . and they look very good as well, unlike bedroom slippers!

Very happy with my purchase. Shoes were better in person than in the photos. Company was honest about the lead time when ordered and the shoes arrived in their estimated timeframe. Very happy and will buy again.

I am sorry to do that this but I cannot believe how poor the response and delivery time has been with Sans Matin. I ordered 2 pairs for my partner’s birthday on 21 July. His birthday was on 30 July, it’s now 4 August and I am still waiting on a dispatch note. I emailed, filled a contact form and messaged on instagram on 26 July - no response until I chased again on 28 July. I was told the shoes would be delivered by today, because they were apparently on pre order (not clearly labelled). And yet, they have not even been dispatched… Such a shame because the trainers look great but my main gift has been ruined, and the company could not care less.

I wish I would have read the Trustpilot reviews. ZERO customer service. Once they have your money, plan to be ghosted. I’ve sent five correspondence via email and their website link with regard to my return. Nothing. Free and easy returns? Lie. They should be cited as a fraudulent company.

I bought 3 pairs recently. I bought my first pair 3 years ago and they are still looking good. No wearing in required. Fit beautifully and comfortable all day even when brand new. I regularly walk 5 miles a day and my feet feel great 🥰
