I ordered 5 blue rug junipers. They arrived very well packed, fresh, and ready to plant. I am very happy with them!

This purchase was made on Etsy. My son gifted me a Fired Up Orange Mandevilla to match one I have. The plant arrived in fair time, was healthy and well packaged for shipping, The only issue was, it was yellow and not what he ordered. We contacted the seller and after sending the required pictures, we got a matter of fact response that this is the right plant and that by putting it in the sun and letting it establish, the color would correct. Some research including a conversation with a horticulture expert indicated the color would not change unless it faded in the sun. I requested a replacement and if they didn't have the color we ordered, a refund.

Their response was to issue a refund for the plant, told us to us keep it and that we weren't a good match for future business. This was their mistake and they took no accountability and were kind of rude about it. I'd like to spend my money with businesses who are professional and courteous because that's what I am when I deal with them. Mistakes happen all that I ask is for the opportunity to work something out. I don't recommend this business and I certainly don't mind being banned. I'd rather spend my money somewhere that appreciates it!

Once again, thank you Sandy's Nursery. This is my second time I have ordered Mandeville vines and once again they are very nice starter plants. Keep up the great work.

I read some very positive reviews of this online nursery on Amazon, and I ordered 6 trees. They arrived in good condition, so I decided to order 6 more from their website. The shipping on Amazon was $20.00 and it cost me $66.00 to ship the trees when ordered from the website. The trees were no longer available on Amazon. The second batch of trees were just okay, and when I went to plant them, the roots were rock hard and the trees were so totally root bound that I had to cut them in hopes that the roots would spread. I was not even able to loosen the roots and so I am not sure what will happen to these trees. I ordered 2 of the very same type of trees from another company and those were bigger and the roots were very soft and pliable and just looked healthier.
