It was easy to place my order and it came in a day or two. Thank you! My granddaughter loved her personalized elephant mug!

Although Sandjest produces a novel idea for products their coffee tumbler lid broke after one wash in the dishwasher. Repeated contacts with their support team have yielded no result in any type of replacement, even though I have offered to pay for a replacement. Their product was a gift from two students, and now the joy of them seeing me using their gift has been lost! Shame on you Sandjest!

I thought the cup would be like a 3d design, it’s just poorly screenprinted on it

Love it & everyone I gave the cups to loved them I’ll have to order more & check out the other things yall have

Both my tumblers were well made and beautiful.

I still don't have the item I purchased and you took three weeks to respond to my contact message. If you had a chance to get zero stars on your review, I would give you a zero.

I love that there was quick responses & absolutely love how the beer stein came out. Amazing & def will order more and refer this company

Exactly what I wanted and fast

item was well packaged

The company was very obtuse about the personalization. It took three times before they even realized what I wanted. A simple name should not have taken three submissions to get right.

I was very pleased with it. Did a Beautiful job.
It’s very clear and the colors just what I wanted.

A mistake was made in my original order and when I brought it to the attention of Sandjest they immediately corrected it and replaced my order. They were very kind, understanding and professional. I would recommend them to anyone interested in nice gifts and nice people.

When I had a chip in one of the cups. You replaced it very quickly. I will recommend you company and your products highly

Good communication and quick shipping.
The cup was pretty, but not as sparkly as pictured!
It appears to be very sturdy and well made.
Granddaughter loves it!

I ordered 2 personalized mugs for my Grandsons Christmas gift and the mugs themselves are nice but the personalized name on both mugs was very weak and small. I am very disappointed. Would not order anything else from this Company. The orders preview I saw did not look like what I received.

been enjoying my cup. No mix up sincee it has my name

My order was great. It came fast and I love it

Had a most awesome experience with these lovely people . I had a concern and they were right on top of it. Very professional, very considerate,I WILL order from them again.
