I was slightly nervous ahead of my referral appointment. I certainly needn't have been. There was nothing to be nervous about at all, in fact it was actually enjoyable .

Dr Low was very warm, professional, straightforward and thorough. She explained everything very clearly and rapidly attuned the explanation to the level we could properly understand (Dr Low was kind enough to let my wife join me during my referral appointment).

Instead of being nervous ahead of my forthcoming eye surgery, I am looking forward to it as I now have a much better understanding of the procedure as well as having met the surgeon who will be undertaking it.

Dr Sandy Low is very knowledgeable and patient to understand my problems, which has been troubling me for a long while. She provided top level check and care, and I would highly recommend her for anyone.

Dr Low is clearly an expert in her field. She listened to my questions, and provided clear responses, making good use of the data and intelligence she had to hand around my specific circumstances to put my mind at ease and show me the options available. The administrative support was very efficient and I had an excellent experience. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Dr Low combines great skill, appropriate reassurance and a delightful personal manner; this was important to me as it was 60 years since I had surgery of any sort and I needed questions answering that ranged from the most basic to the complex.
