Great experience. Online site is easy to navigate and from which to buy. Delivery was fast (under 10 days) and packaging was great.

Feels great to order something and have to ask about your tracking # more than a week later only to find out the item you ordered isn’t even in stock. I understand there are shipping delays due to covid, but an update before I had to reach out would’ve been appreciated.

Just received the product shipping is a lil slow to get out but otherwise it's a great place to shop especially if u have a legitimate excuse to complain they make it right some how... I will just them again

Maybe for future reference, you could configure your software to not allow out of stock items to be added to the cart! Otherwise great prices and communication!

I’ve purchased several times from Samurai Blaze and never had any issues. Items were exactly as described with fast shipping. I love my Grav Coffee cup it hits soooo well without getting water in my mouth on a hard rip. Samurai Blaze has never failed to disappoint with their products, shipping, and customer service. Since the Covid Samurai Blaze is the only head shop I’d use from the comfort of my home. Stay lit 🔥

Never received my item! Scam!

I ordered a piece from here that I had been looking for, for a long time. I Was excited to see they had it. I ordered it and even payed extra for shipping. I didn’t receive the package for 10 days even though they guarantee 5-9. The piece finally arrived and it was the wrong one. I emailed them and they took a while to answer and even ignored an earlier message I sent. I got the wrong piece because they forgot to update their website. Instead of letting me know they just sent it to me. Nothing was offered to me for my troubles and overall this situation was complete bs

I ordered an item on the 27th of April and it’s not May 16 and I still haven’t received it. Email numerous times and said they would get back with me and didn’t. This company is terrible do not use it.

Great service fast shipping

I ordered a product from this company with guaranteed fast shipping. Instead, I order a product April 24 and it currently May 12th. How can I even rate your product if it won't show up to my address. Right now it is in a shipping facility in Jersey City.
