Not honoring their warranty wont repair my flip 4 phone because very small scratches they found on the back of the phone which makes no sense. Stay away. I will never buy any samsung products again.
Do not purchase a Samsung TV
Samsung tv is now over 18 months old. Around 12 months after purchase the backlight began to go causing shadowing lines throughout the screen. I reported the problem to Samsung and was told my tv would be repaired for free as it was still within the 18 month repair warranty.
Months later, after numerous, emails, phone calls, screenshots and videos of the issue sent to Samsung I was told there was nothing wrong with my tv as it was working within it's specifications. This was assumed by Samsung on foot of one photo of my tv in picture test mode having completely disregarded the numerous other photos and videos of the issue that I sent.
To make matters worse this was advised to me one day after the 18 month repair warranty had passed. Was informed if I wanted to have my tv fixed I would now have to do so on a chargeable basis.
Samsung are a disgrace, worst customer service experience I have ever had. The tv cost 900 euros, I wish I had bought an LG.

1. Phone helpline doesn't work, number dialed doesn't exist
2. Online chat assistance is not going to help you in any ways, they have no information or access toyour case, they can't even explain the promotional rules if you have a specific question.
3. If you don't constantly harassing them by emails you never see yous money.
In my case it was €500 and it took 74days to get paid after reporting them to Gardaí and the CCPC.
There is no way of making contact or file a complaint to Samsung Ireland. I will never again buy any samsung product. Buyers beware!

I bought a heat pump dryer last November & delay start doesn't work. The technical crowd werent helpfil & told me what to do. They didnt understand i knew what to do but machine just didnt start on delay start. It turns out it's electronics which repair guy is tryihg to sort out for me..
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I spent €2000 on the new Z Fold 4 which suffered a known manufacturing fault whereby a black line appeared on the inner screen down the crease and the touchscreen stopped working. They're now refusing to honor the warranty on this costly repair because of minor cosmetic damage that could have no possible bearing on this issue. Don't get these Fold series of phones, having researched this is an incredibly common issue and Samsung always refuse to repair. I'll now need to contact a solicitor to help
Dont be fooled by rip off
They had cash offer if u bought out phone which i did at christmas i was to get 165 back now there telling me no it is late even though shop assistant filled up forms told me i would have my money in a week. Nothing still 3 months later.

Ireland Support is a joke, Spent stupid money on an order and an item in the order started to fall apart after one day, Been trying to resolve this all day and getting no where. Online chat when I give my order number they just close chat, and on one chat I got told to "F*** off" how is this support

I got a gift for my brother in law
I got a gift for my brother in law. Brand new phone, got in Currys, with a guarantee. Without any impact, drop,what's hwatever. Phone stopped have a connection between the screen. Send back to the Phone Fix. Technicaly got fixed. It was November 2022. In January 2023 same problem accured. Obviously it is a manufacturing problem. Sent to the phone fix. Picked up. Sent a response that after 10 months after purchase of the phone, guarantee is not applying anymore and I have to pay almost €300 to fix it. I am in the battle with a management. I got a foulty product and now they expect me to o pay. But wait, there's more! They sent a pics of a perfectly kept phone bent in a middle, tho the phone not have a scratch on it while was taken by an post to phone fix. Which is the reason why they won't takr it on a guarantee.brcause it was broken. Scammers!!! Won't let it go.

The guy in the call centre was very unhelpful and I was left waiting for over 45 minutes on live chat and the service centre man left me without a resolution.
Never buy Samsung they don't honour warranty
Bought a Samsung flip 4 1200euros and after4 months stopped opening, sent for repair and told it will cost another 400 to repair as warranty is void as small mark on the case

No Product Warranty Support in Ireland
I have tried and failed for over 1 month to get a product warranty issued raised, my experience suggests there isn't even an Irish product warranty team full stop.
This practice is in direct violation of Irish consumer law as anyone manufacturing products for sale in the country has to have an accessible means of processing warranty issues. There is no way to do this in Ireland.
I either get sent to a number 0818 717 100 which doesn't work, or to speak with the reseller in this country who fulfils all orders made on the official Samsung ie website. This reseller claims they cannot deal with product warranty issues. If you go to the chat function and speak to an agent, even via the Irish website, it connects you with a UK agent who can't deal with Irish matters.
So here I am, with a product that has broken under warranty and no way to resolve it.
1 star is a generous score, this is an illegal practice

Really good company to work with, delivered in 2 days and son loves the phone. 7/10 because the conformation email took nearly 20hrs so I wasn't sure if my order even went through.
Avoid Samsung Products and Support
Bought expensive HW-T550 soundbar, just suddenly stopped working just after warranty expired. Contacted support (chat) spent an hour of wasted time whilst I proved it was not cables; HDMI Ports, but that the Soundbar was no longer communicating with TV. Informed that this would be a paid repair ! Followed up with email to the so-called expert engineers, detailed summary of the tests conducted, another waste of time, not even courtesy of a response.
I will NEVER buy anything from Samsung again, and would strongly advise you avoid them like the proverbial plague.

Bought a 900€ TV that didn't even last 2 years. The company could care less. Everyone in my house has samsung phones & we also have a samsung fridge. I'm never going to purchase another Samsung Product after this. A TV thats 18 months old shouldn't break. Other people are having the same problems with their tvs too but apparently samsung says there is no fault. What a joke!
