The design process was perfect. My reasoning for the 3 stars is because when placing the order, I asked that if delivery could not be made by Friday, that I was told.

Our event was on Saturday, we received the shirts on Monday - even after I paid 170 for next day delivery, and was told that the product would arrive by noon on Friday. I am devastated that our team did not have the shirts as needed and promised.

I ordered a 100 shirts. That turned out great, everyone liked them. They arrived in time just like I requested. Thank you! I will order from you again

I found this company when I was looking for hoodies to be printed out for my Nephews funeral. I had very little time to get this done, but they made it happen! The designers were so unbelievable. They were able to take a photo of one of my nephews tattoos and put that image perfectly on the hoodie along with some things that I wanted it to say. It was like they could read my mind on what I wanted it to look like. The people here really must love what they do and care a lot about their customers. Every person that I worked with was so customer oriented and went above and beyond in my time of need. The hoodies were top notch material and the vinyl is great vinyl, the hoodies get worn and washed at least twice a week and still look great! I will never use anyone else. Thank you so much!

T shirts leave a horrible yellow stan around the logo and chest area. If my team had not already used the shirts I would have insisted and requested a full refund. I am severely devastated and disappointed with the product.

Great experience except shipment was delayed one day due to weather. One T-shirt did have a whole the size of a dime on front but we are going to use it as a display
