My son bought an army gas mask and wore it when he was younger. I had seen in the press that many gas masks were made with asbestos and I was so preoccupied that he had breathed in asbestos. I contacted Salvum Ltd by webchat, they confirmed they could test the gas mask and the cost. I posted it to them. They completed the asbestos test the same day (thankfully no asbestos was found) and did not even charge me for it as they said it would be great training & experience for their Laboratory Technicians to test an army gas mask. Salvum were efficient, professional and caring from beginning to end.

The best customer service
Simply the best customer service. I am about to buy a property and I was concerned about the presence of asbestos. This is when I've contacted Salvum. I must say the person who has chatted with me was the most supportive and patience guy I've ever met. He clarified all my doubts about what the survey does and beyond. Hence a special thanks to Stuart Childs, I hope Salvum recognise his value.

Max carried out a legionella risk assessment for us in March 23, Max was able to carry out the risk assessment efficiently as we continued to operate as usual. Max has excellent knowledge and skills, I have already recommended him to others. Since our visit, we received a detailed report with an action plan and I have emailed Max a few times with queries relating to legionella testing, I always get a quick and helpful response.

Great from start to finish - organised an asbestos survey promptly and easily over the phone. After the survey was done I paid to release the report, and it was detailed and clear to read - covered all we needed to know about the house we were looking to buy.

From the beginning Salvum seemed keen for my business…more keen than others and very professional too.

Simply the best customer service. We had a leak through ceiling plumber attended and took one look and said asbestos probably in ceiling cannot touch.
Contacted Salvo at Dan was excellent he had an inspector there same day who posted sample when he left us. Result was back well inside 48 hours.

I spoke to Stuart on the phone about having an asbestos management report done on a house we're currently buying (we would have gone for a different survey but we knew we'd be buying the house regardless). He was easy to talk to and very informative. We had the survey carried out and the report back in a few days. Everything ran very smoothly and the guys were able to help with our enquiries after the survey which was really helpful. I was recommended Salvum by a customer that lives near Cambridge and was surprised they covered as far out as Ely, but we're very glad they did!

Found Salvum on a google search, chatted online to Stuart, got my quote & questions answered very throughly with nothing being too much trouble.
