My Experience With Sales Crafter

I’m disappointed with my experience with Sales Crafter. I paid for the service expecting the promised support and results, but I have not received the level of service I expected. I have also had difficulty getting a response and getting the issues with my account/funnel resolved.

I would appreciate better communication, clearer support, and a proper resolution for customers who have paid for the service. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Nicholas and his team, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and communication. SCAM! I had a free trial for the 14 days and before the 14 days were up I upgraded to the EComm blazer for package but my website was being labeled as expired. I tried to reach out for support by the support email with the receipts of my payment and received no response. I was charged again within 11 days because of the PayPal automated system and my account is still reflected as expired. I can’t do anything with my website and no response from the support team. So my only conclusion is this is a scam.

They handled my business registration with such care and I would recommend them to any and everyone!
