We tried to cancel and told them 3 times of this, each time they did not answer us and then charged us 4.5k for a quarter which we have still not had bad. Appalling - many communication issues throughout.

UPDATE: I’m updating my original review from 1 star to 5 stars after meeting with Gray from SalesApe.

Gray reached out, listened carefully to my concerns, took accountability, and walked me through the process improvements SalesApe has made since our experience. He did not dismiss what happened or try to minimize the impact. Instead, he spent the time to understand where things went wrong and worked hard to make things right.

That matters and shows what an outstanding team and company SalesApe is.

The way Gray handled this completely changed my impression of the company. It showed me that SalesApe is willing to listen, improve, and take customer feedback seriously. Because of that, I would absolutely consider using SalesApe again in the future.

I appreciate the follow-up, the professionalism, and the genuine effort to turn a bad experience into a much better one.

I absolutely DO recommend SalesApe!

Original: Absolutely terrible. I was sold a promise of a two week build out and on boarding process. They took our AI Agent live in less than two days. They do not test the AI product in sandbox mode, they test it on your live clients. Which, for our business, which is a high ticket local service, caused us a substantial loss in client scheduled calls, closed deals, and revenue.

Additionally, the demo agent sounded great. I was told it would come with “sales knowledge.” It did not. To quote one of my customers, “if you want my business you won’t use a bot.”
Certainly not the same product I was demo’ed. Perhaps if they did not rush our deployment or if they allowed us to test it prior to going live we would not be here. However, that was not how SalesApe operated.

I asked to pause our project so we could investigate, their concern laid firmly in collecting invoices rather than trying to work with us to make it right. We were met with repeated requests for payment. Perhaps if their concern was more about their product quality and service that would have prevented this situation in the first place.

Lastly - they made two unauthorized charges to my credit card last night. I was sent an email after business hours asking when we were going to pay (NOT asking how things were), and that was immediately followed up by two charges. No chance for me to reply.

Absolutely terrible. Clearly a start up that is more interested in their own revenue numbers than yours.

We have been with SalesAPE for a year now. What a difference it has made with our sales leads. Our ai agent, "Chloe" responds to website leads within the first 5 minutes, answers questions in a true human voice, consistently learns about our company culture and points of sale. She takes them from introduction to having sales appointments on my calendar daily.

SalesApe's team partners with clients in order to deliver quick results. Their new, innovative technology is changing business dynamics and improving communication with potential customers. They are highly responsive to issues, and quick to resolve. This technology is changing, and improving, how we manage leads and interact with potential customers. It has provided our sales team with improved data, resulting in more productive, intentional follow up communication. Additionally, it provides service when we otherwise would not be able to offer it (i.e. outside of business hours).

The team has been great to work with - from our initial fact finding call, to our onboarding and continuing to improve our AI agent. The SalesApe team has been great working with our vendors to maximize our experience and make the end result even better.

This has been the best company for us and honestly would recommend to everyone of our clients.

We have been using SalesAPE for over 6 months now and it made a diffrence in our workflow. From start to finish, the entire process with Salesape was excellent and exciting. The live demo on their website immediately sold us — it clearly showed how the system works and what we could expect, and it was the first AI agent that just worked.

The sales process that followed was professional, informative, and refreshingly efficient. I especially appreciated their expedited launch option — compressing what’s typically a 4-week implementation into a half-day setup window where everything was simply done. I wish every software company offered this kind of streamlined onboarding. From the time I signed the agreement, our agent was running live and great 7 days later (Note: due to HubSpot native integration)

Training our agent was straightforward, and the ongoing training portal makes it easy to keep improving over time. Our client engagement with the agent has been very positive — the volume of messages it can handle provides us with the best possible lead processing, natural human-like responses, and meaningful engagement. The escalation process also works beautifully when more complex issues arise.

Integration with HubSpot was seamless. The workflows allow us to set up advanced triggering strategies, giving us flexibility and control that fit perfectly with our sales and support processes.

Overall, Salesape has exceeded expectations at every step. Excellent product, excellent team, and an experience that sets a new standard for SaaS onboarding and customer success.

Great experience overall with Sales ape

They held our hand through the onboarding process and made sure that our entire tech stack was integrated with their AI assistant before we went live. it took a bit longer than was pitched, but ultimately, we are extremely happy with the end results and have a valuable new tool for handling our inbound leads / getting in touch with them within mere seconds.
