Ichiraku Tee Shop Bewertungen 

I had a previous order “slip through the cracks” and received radio silence until I posted a complaint here. The shop reached out and apologized, sent me a tracking number for the new order. It’s been a week and that tracking number only states the label has been printed, nothing more. The shop has again not answered my requests for additional information, so I’m back here rolling the rock up hill.

Update: package arrived 8/6/26.

I was accidentally sent the wrong size shirt, but I was immediately sent another shirt. Thank you for fixing this error so quickly and painlessly.

Excellent! I had a custom order and they were great - got a proof emailed to me and I purchased right away. Shirt was produced and sent promptly. No worries shopping here.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size shirt, but thankfully after contacting for help, I was able to exchange the wrong size for the correct size. The order and exchange process was easy, efficient and fast shipping! And once I received the correct size, the shirt fit sooooo comfortably; the fabric is soft, great printing quality, and comfy fit too! Super happy with my order, can't wait to order again :)

Product was timely and good quality. I thought I ordered a green shirt but the white we received was good, too. Not unhappy.

The t-shirt arrived quickly and was in excellent condition! The quality of the cotton shirt was of a very good material and the print was very vibrant and also of good quality. I look forward to future purchases.

I got the "Sonic Harry Potter Obama" shirt, looks like the highest quality version on the market, very happy with fit, fast shipping too. Gets plenty of laughs and WTFs when I wear it.

**UPDATE** 7/7/25-Ichiraku Tee Shop got in touch with me and they offered to make it right. I don't know what happened with my order not getting completed within their time frame, but they were apologetic and did in fact make it right. Mistakes happen and I'm hoping that they figured out what happened, to prevent it happening again. I said that I'd update my review if I heard from them, so I'll give them 3 stars instead of 1.-End of Update.**

I have sent an email, tried calling and tried chatting with them looking for my order. I ordered it in June 19th and have never heard back. (Today is July 2nd) It's been 2 weeks which is way longer than their website said it would take. It's a birthday present, so I made c sure to order it early enough for it to get shipped to me, so that I can mail it out. As of right now, unless I get the shirt within the next 5 days, he won't get it on his birthday, which is disappointing. Im hoping if I leave this review, it'll get their attention and they'll reach out to me. I will gladly update my review if I receive my order in time.

OK, there was a lost order but after contacting them they corrected the problem and found my order. I got my product and its awesome, good quality and fast shipping after they resolved the issue. Thanks guys.

Ordered a Garfield - Snoopy crossover shirt I’d been looking for for a while. Great quality shirt, very fast shipping. Minor issue with initial purchase — but the customer service folks here are super, super friendly and communicative and corrected the error very quickly. Would definitely order from again.

I ordered 7-8 tees, on Monday, and received it by Thursday, and I live in Canada (don’t hold that against me lol) incredible turn around time, they even replied to my email within minutes, tees look great, felt great, honestly very surprised by how quick they work. I came here to amend my first review. After becoming impatient and reaching out to the company in a less than kind way via email, they responded promptly, providing tracking which shows it was shipped a week ago. The items arrived on the 16th of December, and they are what I ordered. The print quality of one of the shirts is not as good as the other one, but it's fine since it is the one I was planning to keep for myself. The website is still inactive as of writing this, and most companies provide a tracking update when items are shipped, so I was expecting that, but I did receive my order. Great graphics you can't really get anywhere else.

I’m a little nervous, placed an order for an “in stock” item with expedited shipping, there has been no response to chat and the website is now non-functioning.

Received my custom shirt quickly , great customer service when asked about what shirt blanks they use and was able to make a request for a specific shirt with no issues

Reached out with a custom design for a band logo that I had been hunting for but had been unable to find. They responded same day and we worked out the specs of what I wanted over email. I settled on a black long sleeve with the exact logo print I had asked for. It came within a week and is absolutely perfect.
